We visit shoppers cobblestone often for prescriptions and the pharmacy team is fantastic. Prompt service, friendly and always helpful when I have any questions. When we enter the store we are always greeted but cosmetics, and the store itself is in good order. 5 ⭐ service!

A very beautiful store in Cobblestone with warm and friendly staff. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate. It has so many self-service checkouts which is an additional advantage for quick shopping.

Time and time again I have gone to this Cobblestone Shoppers location and have ALWAYS received the best customer service. Today Alex in the cosmetic department assisted me in finding my favorite cologne. She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel like my question and thoughts where important. Her customer service is outstanding! It is rare these days to receive such a high standard of service. I was very impressed.

The pharmacists & pharmacy assistants are awesome. They've helped me a lot when I've gotten sick which saved me from having to go to the ER or walk in clinic. Very thankful for the work they do.

I talked with the Pharmacist Laura concerning my the prescription for pain meds I was picking up for my dad. He had just had his Gallbladder removed and was in a lot of pain. She was amazing! She got is done in no time. This was so appreciated since my dad, his wife, and my two not so patient children were waiting in the car. Thank you Pharmacist Laura.

For Shoppers in general: While their usual prices are generally higher than competitors, their rewards are incredibly generous. PC Optimum is my favourite rewards program, having rewarded me over $1,000 in cash back over the last year alone.

For the Cobblestone location specifically: I was helped out by the manager, Sarah, when I was looking for a particular laptop that was advertised in the flier for this weekend. There were none in stock in the store, but she was willing to make something like seven phone calls to other locations, the PC Optimum points line, etc, to make sure I was able to get this sweet deal on a laptop. A+ customer service. Normally you'd expect "sorry, there's no stock, you're SOL," but this girl went beyond expectations.

Carlie the pharmacist is amazing, she can prescribe some medication and been able to help me out really quickly. Highly recommended

Pharmacy staff stayed a little late to ensure my daughter got the medications she needed after leaving the hospital. They were warm, friendly and I cant recommend them any higher.
