Clean and well kept store! Hannah at the dressing room was super kind and helpful! Decent regular and sales prices too!

Had a pretty solid experience at Arden’s in Tillicum, thanks to Em. They were super helpful and I Found some great stuff I was looking for which was nice, Props to them for making shopping a bit less of a chore!

Great store with really affordable prices....I would literally buy pretty much anything in the store and be happy about it. Nice employees and always great sales!!!

At spur of moment shopping for my girl for her outfit! Found everything she needed. Love this place but they need larger sizes ..and gear towards older woman..that like hip styles not granny styles!!

I always had the impression that you can only get custom jewelry at Ardene's. 2 weeks ago I went in with a friend at the downtown location and was pleasantly surprised to see the variety available.
However, the downtown store employees would get a -5* if that was possible to give out. All 4 employees were behind the cash playing or reading or texting on their phones. I was not impressed and would discourage anyone from going to that location.
My experience at the Tillicum mall was completely different., First, someone actually said 'hello can I help you' and helped me find exactly what I needed. So I returned the next day to thank the employee and give her feedback on my purchase. She also mentioned looking online to perhaps find the size I needed in another item.
If you need to get sonething fron Ardene's, go to the Tillicum mall location or order online. Avoid downtown unless you don't mind being ignored.

This location has friendly staff and were happy to help. I am notorious for being the slowest person to get anywhere or make decisions, so I was surprised when they calmly allowed me to finish up my shopping and purchase despite having to wait a little longer to cash out. Thanks ladies!
