Supplement King Fort St. John

Needed help as I'm new to the supplement game. The guy working today was super helpful and I actually ended up leaving with totally different brands and products that I originally figured I was looking for after Google "taught" me. Prices are a little steep, but that's expected when shopping in a specialty-type shop. Plus, there ain't nothing cheap about this lifestyle! Will definitely shop here again.

Went there for Whey Protein Powder because the girl who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful. It was awesome. Tremendous selection, and she was so cheerful - and knowledgeable. Persistent in helping me find the exact product I needed. Price totally competitive with online. Will go there for any supplements.

The customer service at this location has gone so down hill. When they first opened the workers were knowledgeable and helpful. Now when you go the guy at the desk is on his phone. He greets you and does nothing else. I am not motivated to buy product in this store. I have never entered a supplement store where they didn't ask if I needed help or showed me products to add to my routine. Most people who enter stores like this do not know what they need or want. I have gone 3 times the past few months to grab products and although I have made purchases (with the help of google) I have left severely unsatisfied and downright annoyed. When you are the only customer in the store, there is no reason to not have the employee helping you with your purchases. Not to mention stock is extremely limited. Not everyone loves chocolate. - 3 stars I will not be back.

Went a few days ago, the store looks like the shelves are stocked but literally had nothing we went for. All of the “products” on the shelves are to make it look full. The guy working there even bashed how poorly stocked the store was. And after reading the comments on the reviews from the owner, all they seem to do is make excuses for their problems.
I frequent an Edmonton store which is fully stocked for any product needed and come up here for work and sadly, I’ll be buying my products when I go home and bringing them with me. Pretty sad when there’s more of a selection for protein powder at Safeway and Walmart.

Just visited this place today, October 9th 2022 around 11:30 a.m. The moment I pulled up, an employee hung up a sign saying "back in 5-10 minutes" and locked the door, and walked across the street to Burger King. This is during listed open hours and not during lunch hour. How can I buy anything here if there's no way to know when it's open? And why would the only staff leave right when a customer pulls up? I might as well just buy supplements off Amazon and not go through the hassle of driving all the way over here just to be locked out.

Most mornings when I get there the Store says open but the doors are locked and I wait about 10 or so minutes and then I give up and leave, later on during the day you can actually get in there and I can buy my Supplements but there is no point going in the morning because it's always closed when it says it's open.

Well went into store last week asked questions, the staff member didn't know the answers. Was not helpful at all.

Anytime we try to go here in the morning it is rarely open at 9am as advertised. Get some staff that can show up to work on time.

Not gonna lie I had cash in hand and you close 15 minutes pretty upset you close cause your debit machine isn't working
