Amazing service!
Two ladies assisted me, one at the till and another preparing my bagel.

I made a special request for my bagel and both ladies were above standard customer service. They both gladly assisted me and went above and beyond in their customer service skills and were so friendly!!!
I felt as if I were at home here! Which is hard to find at any regular Tim Hortons nowadays.
So impressed Fort St John!!
I will be back to visit!

We had a donut and hot drinks. It's clean and service is good.

Got 1/2 dozen donut, a medium green tea plain, a medium french vanilla. The place was tidy and neat. The staff were polite and fast. The craving I had for sweets was fuillfiled by the donuts I got, can't go wrong with sugary timmies donuts. Yum

Staff is friendly , but maybe the store should hire more staff.
Drive thru line was to the street and lineup inside was to the door.
Other than the long wait for a coffee and the leaking cup everything was good

Amazing service, manager was very understanding to a situation and took proper action to resolve any upsets. Very impressed with their customer service and their drink tasted delicious! Highly recommend this establishment!

Used to have giant wait times here. Last time I was in the wait was minimal. The coffee was what I expected.
