Large Canadian Tire, you're allowed to bring dogs inside, nice to seem them on occasion. I haven't had a problem returning items here, I bought spring bulbs that were infected with fungus and was allowed an exchange for the cash amount, other items I could refund no problem.

They got a helium balloon station inside with lots of fun emojis, letters, numbers etc...

Eric was very helpful, the small round flat batteries are behind a locked case, the one I wanted was out of stock on shelves, but he offered to get one from the back for me! Thank you!

If you don't have your receipt there's way for staff to look up your transactions by credit card in their system, but that item has to have been purchased from this particular Canadian Tire, not from another store.

Parking lot becomes a skating rink with ice during winter freeze/thaw. Someone left their empty windshield washer fluid container in the parking stall after filling up, next time dispose your waste responsibly like the rest of us adults 😉.

I like this place. I believe that anything that you need for your house is available here. And always check red label prices because they give you a lot of discount 😁 also there’s a big parking lot. About the staff… they are friendly and helpful but not available all the time.

This Canadian tire has excellent service with Friendly cashiers. Wide aisles, lots of Christmas decorations and good prices! Party city has the best balloons. The last balloons I bought filled with helium stayed inflated for 3 weeks!

Love being able to bring our doggie for an adventure and lots of hellos & pets when we come here!

The staff are mostly super friendly, and for the most part knowledgeable. Some are better than others.

It's nice that they have longer hours than any of the other hardware (or hardware adjacent) stores in town - for when you realize you need more screws at 8pm!

You can find almost anything you need here but sometimes can be more expensive than other stores ^ i.e. screws. But like I said, when you need them, you need them & happy to pay a bit more to not have to wait for tomorrow.

Always a good experience here, Canadian Tire is a staple anywhere you go. Cheers.

It's not always busy and yes it doesn't have everything in stock but that's how you know for the most part they sell good products. Also use the website they grab stuff from other stores to bring so you can just pick it up in a few days I do love that they have people working at the cashier and a wide open customer service area

Have purchased numerous vehicle maintenance parts. Good quality at reasonable prices. I like the borrow tool program. Pay purchase price, use tool then return in 72 hours for full refund. :)

The staff was great . I got to bring my little white dog in . They were so sweet to him . They helped me as well . The store is huge bigger than most Canadian Tiers . Greatly laid out store to

OK, so I went to buy a rising table saw stand. The only one box was badly mangled, and the contents didn't seem to be all there. The managers were top notched and helped me to reconcile every nut and bolt. These guys went out of their way to help me great job Canadian tire Fort St John.

Honestly this store steps above and beyond almost everyday.
If you had a grocery area you would crush the other grocery stores in town.

I love being able to search online to find the right aisle number for whatever I am looking for. This location is always clean and well organized, the staff are also friendly and helpful.

Huge store, selection of goods. New and very clean building easily accessed parking lot.

The new store is really big and clean. They have lots of stock, usually, and the staff are good too. Still having issues with their online inventory system saying that things are available when they're not. Wifi seems to be working now, so it's useful in the back of the store where there is limited cell service. Thanks for fixing it!

The Fort St John website link for leaving store feedback is broken. So I have left a review on Yelp and now here. I hope this employee gets the recognition he deserves. Bill who was working in the Garden dept outside in the loading area, was super helpful and gave great advice when he recognized that I needed help. This was on Monday, May 18, 2020. All to often we as a society seem to leave reviews only if it's bad service. I want Bill to be recognized for the customer service he gave even though they were super busy that day. There was no place to park, so that shows how busy they were. For a store that has few positive reviews, I hope management acknowledges Bill and his work ethic. Thank you again Bill!! You made my day with your kindness and knowledge.
