i frequently visit this store on every Sunday night , a guy at the checkout is quite helpful and polite . m really pleased with the service

We stopped by today on our way home for some cold drinks, and I witnessed the most appalling example of an abusive customer I've ever seen.

The staff were fantastic, and handled this lady like the true champions that they are, while she yelled and screamed at them endlessly about how she "had to wait 20 minutes for a pack of smokes". I was in the shop less than 5 minutes when she started yelling, and she walked in after I did, so I'm not really sure what her damage is.

Regardless, the store was clean, well stocked, and the clerks behind the till were both friendly and professional in the face of scathing abuse from a customer, who clearly has a sense of entitlement beyond the scope of her value as a person.

I visted this place yesterday to get some products the service is good and employees are helpful especially the guy named PARTH working in night shift is very helpful.

Heard amazing things about their staff and going beyond the call of duty to help a difficult customer. Keep it up guys. Dealing with the public is not always easy.

The lady that works the early mornings is always in a good mood and extremely helpful. Great way to help others to have a good start to the day.

Great place

I love how i can just pass by it on my way home and that it is so close to other stores like Walmart. Also, the store is very well stocked and is never out of things like specific snacks. But the washrooms are just sometimes out of soap.

This is not a 24 hour store as the google posting says. It shuts at midnight.

Worst workers whith attitude including the manager im 37 years old and he refused to sell cigarettes because my id come from another province

Bought some stake nugget’s today when I opened it was already moulding.

Literally any time I come here after 12 am the dude working there locks the door and has a sign saying "closed for maintenance". The store is supposed to be open 24 hours. If you're going to close it for 6 hours every day fix your hours.

This gas station sucks.
The customer services suck.
First and last, they need to have at least standard costumer servants.
Rest assured they would should to put that necessary effort to meet the expectations of all of us as we are the Canadian as well as I would like to say keep the faith sir.

Staff loves to waste your time, go to any other location if possible

I walked in at 3 am to get some gas, my points card didn't work out at the pump. After walking in the store employee refused to acknowledge my presence, kept his attention on his phone. When I knocked on the glass he looked up and crawled as slow as he could. Kept his earphones on all the time. I had to raise my voice so he could hear me. Refused to accept my points card coz he punched in the amount already. When I asked to redo the transaction he gave me the most disgusted look of why am I even there!! I think his name was Pradeep.
Never walking in that store again.
