If you want to shop for great quality vitamins from experts in the field, this place is my one and only for vitamins now. The knowledge from Paul and Derek is astonishing, and is delivered in a friendly, easy to understand way.
I cannot recommend this place more highly, and I'm a skeptic when it comes to supplements. Finally, I don't feel like I'm shooting in the dark when vitamin shopping! Great place!!!

Went to Vitamin House to help my symptoms with Long COVID -- I'm so glad I did; Paul is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and only truly recommends what you should take -- NOT trying to sell you stuff just to make a sale.

e.g. 1, I wanted to get Vitamin K2 to help with Vit. D absorption, but because of my microclots from COVID, Paul informed me that K2 creates blood coagulation, so to stay away from it. He had just lost a sale on a bottle of vitamins but helped me avoid a potential hospital visit (or worse)!

e.g. 2, I wanted Vit. B3 (niacin) to help with post-exertional malaise (COVID fatigue). I had bought the wrong kind from another place that had no service (nicotinic acid (the "non-flush" kind, which is also marketed as B3). Paul made sure I got the right type, and advised me to cut the pill in half to avoid getting the "flush", an extremely helpful tip (otherwise I would've been suffering lots). My energy level increased after 4 weeks!

Chain drug stores only sell the basic supplements, not specialty ones (e.g. Quercetin, NAC, etc.). Other places may have the selection, but no one knowledgeable enough to help (the woman at Whole Foods said to take probiotics in the morning, when they should be taken at night).

Happy to support a local business that puts people over profit -- the customer service alone is worth the minor extra dollar or two (not to mention the gorgeous neighbourhood -- next to a beautiful cafe and which is how I discovered the place). Now my friend is asking me for a good vitamin store and I have recommended them to her.

Best place to shop for vitamins and related. They are so knowledgeable and willing to take the time educating and delivering all the information on the products you are looking for or recommending.

Very kind people. Shop here for most my vitamins and supplements as they have most of what I need. Would recommend if you are looking for knowledgeable people.

Staff is nice and helpful but I was shocked to learn the 2 pills I get are over 30% more here so it just doesn't make sense compared to other similar stores.
