I just had coffee. When through the drive thru . Coffee is much better than Tim's and cheaper too.

Horrible service absolutely dirty and disgusting, just as bad as the Walmart location.
Rude kids who think they run the place,that as well the managers can kick rocks.
I bought a double Big Mac and it had no meat on it..My wife's quarter pounder had no bacon on it when she asked for it.
They will never see my money again.
Save your money and go to subway across the street at least they will respect you and your family unlike the managers and staff of 700 East River Road.

Always great service, even on customized drink orders. Staff are happy to oblige with any orders they can reasonably accommodate. Clean resturant equipped with self serve kiosks if you don't feel like explaining your order or are just in a rush. The coffee and espresso based drinks are some of the best in town. Never thought I'd say that but that is the new reality.

Extremely fast service, seems to have new management. 10 cars in drive-thru, cars moved through at good speed, up to window, window opened, 2 combo meals, fries hot, burgers in good shape. No complaints. Two thumbs up!

Surprising for me to give a McDonald’s a 5 star review but for once they got my order nice and had friendly staff when I told them they forgot a part of order (witch I mumbled when I told them a the drive through that’s my bad) when I told them at the 2ed window they went and got it like any fast food place should have it to me for free and up sized it witch I didn’t ask for but was nice though it’s a small thing now and days for people to do stuff like this it can make your day everything’s so priced up now and expensive I’ll be coming here again

This place is great. I walk in one night and redeem my free hot beverage and got a hot chocolate for me and a coffee for my girlfriend (because it was free coffee week). While waiting for out order we and several others witnessed a spectacular event. A daring student ducked behind the counter and grabbed himself a medium cup, to make it all even better, it was right under the nose of all the staff and nobody was the wiser. Nobody in the crowd waiting for their orders lifted a finger because each of us had a certain amount of respect for the trickey maneuver we had just seen. Also they gave me free whipped cream on my hot chocolate and gave my girlfriend a medium coffee instead of a small, 7/7 would go again.

I go to this location all the time. They frequently make mistakes with orders, but it's the nature of the business. If you're keen on order accuracy I highly recommend using the mobile app to order and using curbside pickup.

The staff here were very helpful, and were eager to help us out while ordering. Our order was served quickly and without error. The dining area, washrooms, and play area were overall very clean, and well laid out as well.

What an immaculate meal. Impeccable service. A splendid meal if you would. It was a delicacy truly. The service and custodianship put into my meal was effervescent. Stupendous commission of production. I would endorse anyone to voyage to this astounding location.

We just had lunch and we had the best experience. The service was fantastic, thank you Susan! The food was good and the restaurant was clean. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. You should be proud of your McDonald's. Been to many and this was by far the best.

I'm very impressed at this McDonald's. It is remarkably clean and spacious. There is a wide variety of seating options the automated ordering is very efficient but the backup provided by Susan and the rest of the staff is what really makes it work.

McDonald's is always the same.. if you like the food then it's awesome.. always the same.. nice thing to count on.. its fast food. Service thru the drive thru was good. Not much more to day

Busy place, and a regular social meeting place. Service is prompt and courteous. For eat-in customer's the ltems can be brought to your table by means of a small locator you take to your table. In a short time, your meal or hot coffee is brought to you.
If you've used the convenient ordering kiosks, you can avoid the busy counter and put in your order, enter the locator# on the keypad and wait at your table while socializing or read todays papers for free from the rack nearby.
I've seen other stores that were disappointing after getting 'Spoiled' at this one!

going inside is fast, never used the drive thru yet. fast service, friendly, hopefully they keep up the good work. glad they finally opened in pictou
