I can't say enough great things about Somata Therapy! I suffer from chronic shoulder pain so whenever I'm looking for relief, Misty is my girl. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. She is incredibly knowledgable and gets straight to the point. Went for a massage today after a very long hiatus and it was definitely needed. Samantha was my masseuse and was fantastic.. I have had massages from different ones there and they were all amazing. I have also used acupuncture from here as well. Nissa and her team are all amazing and would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Misty was my masseuse and it was one of the best massages I've ever received. She listened and didn't waste time targeting areas unrelated to my needs. Anyone struggling with lower back pain I would definitely recommend Misty (or any other pain for that matter). I could barely get my shoes on before my session. No issues afterwards. If I lived in the area I would be visiting her regularly.

What initially made me try Somata was the easy and convenient online booking and that I had heard amazing reviews from co-workers. I started going for monthly massages with Misty, and I honestly cannot get over the difference! She is so easy going but yet professional, she instantly makes you feel at ease. Just came from a Saturday morning massage with therapist Misty. I feel like a million bucks after my massage. I had a baby 3 months ago and my shoulders and hips were an awful mess. Booking online is so convenient. I was literally sitting at one appointment and was in need of relief so went to Somata website to look for an opening, two hours later I was getting a massage. This was my first experience with Misty. She targets the issues and wastes no time. I never had a massage like it before. I will be definitely booking again!! It was my first time with Ms. Misty today and all I can say is that she really knocked out the knots in me 😁. She is very professional and knowledgeable of her craft. She also explains every step to you and what you will feel during and after. She gets straight to what needs more attention and does not just play around. Somata Therapy is a holistic therapy business that covers all of your relaxation and self care needs. I have personally tried all of their therapists and have only good things to say about each. The atmosphere of the office is so calm and welcoming. The receptionist greets you always with a smile and professionalism. There is very easy direct billing that makes my appointments very convenient. I am booked in monthly for this entire year, that is how much I like this business. I recommend this business to anyone that is looking to be pampered and is into self care.

I've only had 3 sessions with Misty and I'm telling you she's AMAZING at what she does. No messing around she gets down to business and starts moving the furniture around you will be blown away by the space you have when she's done with you! This woman is the only person who has ever worked on my back leaving me pain free, feeling lighter and breathing easier. Somata Therapy is AMAZING - I have had massages by both Nissa and Misty and they are great! Misty uses this Japanese Mint Oil for pain (and for easy breathing while on your belly) and it works awesome! I recommend Somata Therapy to everyone!
