Eggs Benedict are awesome! The hollandaise sauce is deliciously different than your traditional style. Thick cut ham, fresh grilled home fries. Kids had the blueberry pancakes and they looked great. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely be back for breakfast and would happily try lunch or dinner.

5 stars for the only working restaurant here in off season. Fish and Chips, chicken wings, hot coffee was good. Its pretty big place. The seating is cozy and server is kind and helpful. They have drinks too.

The service and atmosphere were great. We would recommend patio seating if the weather isn’t too hot because it offers a view of the water and there was a nice breeze. The service was incredible, and our server was extremely attentive and offered recommendations for food.

We decided to try the Greek coffee as it seemed interesting, but it was way too bitter and too small (we would just get regular coffee next time). The food was well seasoned and tasty, so we wish there was a bigger portion. There was more salad than lasagna and only two potatoes in the chicken dish. Apart from that, everything was delicious and the service was simply amazing, we would definitely recommend Pharos.

This place is very near where were staying at. They really have a nice ambience and view. Food is affordable. The service is fast. The staff are very friendly. The washroom is clean. We ordered their breakfast special, vegetable omelette, tea, and hot chocolate. It was raining when we got here but still they have a really nice ambience. Glad we found this place.

Sunday morning, May 12, 2024. We are looking for a good restaurant here in Tobermory, we used google maps to find this place, we are happy, satisfied with the food, and will definitely come back again to Pharos, when we are in the area. If you are reading this review make sure to go and heck it out. Worth it.

Had two breakfasts and two dinners here at Pharos. The breakfasts were great, eggs done as instructed, the coffee were good. The oven baked local white with vegetables and rice and the fish and chips were perfectly done. The fried shrimps and the wings in dry cajun style were well cooked, though the wings were a little too salty. Both the draft dark ale and the blond tasted good, like the dark better.

Food was TO DIE FOR. We had the Georgian Whitefish, Greek Pizza, Spicy Feta Dip, and Greek Coffee. Everything was perfectly done. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the view from the patio was lovely. A must try in this area.

The food is good, staff is amazing, the vibe is well. You may wanna add a bit salt to the meal. Price medium range.

We had a very good dining experience at Pharos. Kudos to Jack for his suggestions, he was very patient with us as we took some time to decide on our order.

Best food in Tobermory. Period. They also seem to be the only place with good whisky, which is a plus! Every time we visit I spend most evenings dinning by the harbor from their patio, or inside by the large windows when it's too cold enjoying the view and having great drinks. Very attentive staff, recomend this place to.any friends coming for a visit.

The food at this place was phenomenal. my girlfriend and I had the Georgian Whitefish and Greek Pizza. The white fish, veggies and rice were great and I was a very big fan of the fish seasoning. The pizza was delicious with feta cheese, green olives and tomatoes and peppers. We also had a Greek dip with fresh bread as an appetizer and Greek coffee (very similar to an espresso).

The service was not bad and the waiter was very nice and attentive. He did a great job despite being understaffed.

I would go back as the food and location were great. Main criticism would be to hire more waiters/waitresses.

Pharos is one of the family restaurants in Tobermory. They had a nice renovation in the dining room. We enjoy the casual ambiance, a good place to meet friends or bring family. The patio and even inside have a nice view of the harbor. Their special is usually good with a reasonable price. I had a lentil dish served with rice and vegetables and it was really good. You can't go wrong with their Shish-Kebab! Sorry no photos as we ate our food too fast!

We are on vacations from Chicago in America.. it was absolutely delicious and very inexpensive!! We love our stay in this town !! Definitely we be back next summer!!

We enjoyed the family dinner. We had the Escargot, Trout, White Fish, Pork Chops. Maria helped to make us feel welcome and taken cared of. The food hit the spot and the experience was a pleasant one.

To start the service was phenomenal... the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly their recommendations where spot on. Even though it is not advertised as a fish and chip place it was hands down the best in Tobermory. The homemade ceaser was to die for would seriously recommend it. All in all great family orientated and affordable dinner with a view. We will definitely come again in the future.

Nice place for brunch. We ordered Vegetable omelette and French toast which was delicious. Service was great. Highly recommended place!

BEST STAFFS EVER! Honestly, they treat you as their sweetheart! They were so kind! Although we were waiting in a line for like 20 minutes, they come talk to you and offer you drink while you are waiting. ABOUT FOOD: it was delicious! I chose the Special of the day that was a kind of steak and a soup, that was great. THE VIEW: you have the view of boats in the water and some hanging lights, so peaceful. I highly recommend it what so ever!

I think this is one of the best sit down restaurants in Tobermory. I started with a Basket of Shrimp, which was amazing, and had the Fish Taco as an entree. Also got a mimosa and a Caeser (which is a Bloody Mary back home).

As the only restaurant we could find open during off season, we weren't expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised. I especially liked the pasta a la grec and cauliflower bites. I think this place deserves a higher score.

The food was delicious. Loved the fish & chips, & my kids enjoyed their grill cheese sandwich and fries. The customer service at this place was great.
