My husband and I had the most wonderful dinner tonight for our anniversary. The service was beyond excellent and the food was delicious too. I love that they offer the option to change up their menu items a bit so that you can tailor them to your taste!

They even served us a complimentary glass of champagne and a slice of their cheesecake to celebrate! Very kind and thoughtful staff.

Delaney is excellent at her job and everyone there was great. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I recently dined at Blue Bird and service and food was excellent. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated promptly. Our server Melody was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dinning experience.

The staff were friendly and welcomed us immediately upon entering the restaurant. We sat at the bar (because we had not made a reservation and the restaurant was full) and their bartender served us- she was amazing!
The food was outstanding!! Everything on the menu is made in house! We didn’t wait too long for our food.
On the way out of the restaurant the sign says.. “come as friends, leave as family”.. and we can certainly say we did!
We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing food!

We were lucky to get a table for lunch. The main host was amazing. After she let us know they were fully booked. She later ran down the street once we left to let us know there was a cancelation. The food was amazing!!! And Melody the waitress was the best I have ever seen. She was super friendly, great personality and just amazing at what she does. The Calamari and Shrimp Gorgonzola were to die for. The Muscles and Pizza we ordered were devoured by my kids. Would highly recommend and actually want to go back to Orangville just so I can visit Bluebird again.

Amazing place! Everybody is so friendly. The owner personally walked us to our table and checked in on us throughout the night to make sure everything was well. You have an awesome team!

Showed up on a Friday at lunch time, we were lucky to get a table as they recommended making reservations. The place is small, the tables are tight, but the entire staff was nice, efficient, and attentive. We ordered the mussels, which were cooked perfectly, very fresh, and delicious, and more than enough for 2 of us to share. We ordered the French onion soup which was delicious. Lastly, we ordered their margarita pizza which was perfect in every way. The cocktails were refreshing and delicious. Definitely going back!

We love it here! The food is so good, hats off to the chef..presentation is everything! The menu is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The service is top notch, the staff makes you feel welcomed and always ready to make suggestions, with their menu. (I gotta meet the chef!!!) The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Make sure to make a reservation. When you find a place like this, it will be your go to! This place is always busy! Highly recommend😁

Having been highly recommended by a local friend, we were somewhat disappointed that we came the week their kitchen was under renovations and could only order from a limited menu. That being said, the waitstaff were extremely friendly, personable, and helpful, and the pizzas we ordered were absolutely delicious, probably the best I've had in many years. Cocktails were great as well. I'm already looking forwards to returning when they're back at full steam, I know this will be one of our favourite restaurants in the area.

Been here more than 4 times within a year after we found this place and we live in Toronto. So you can imagine how much we love this place 😂

Lunch yesterday! Such generous portions at the Bluebird Café and Grill! The mussels were so fresh and plump and in a sauce that was so delicious, that I kept to dip the pizza crust in! I ordered the white pizza but added 5 grilled Gargantuan Shrimp. So tasty. Half of it is in our freezer to take to work tomorrow. Love their chili dipping oil too. It’s not wimpy for heat. It’s just perfect. Michelle’s cheesecake, of course, is a MUST! They were so kind as to whip me up that amazing lip smacking drink I had last week, the Rumchata Colada! — eating lunch at Bluebird Café and Grill.

My husband and I had date night last week there as well and the pasta special was so delicious! Cheese-filled tortellini in a rosé sauce with arugula and grilled chicken. For appetizers, we had the Grilled Gargantuan Gorgonzola Cream (absolute favourite!) and Garlic Bread with Cheese. You know that perfect Garlic bread that has the butter bursting out upon first bite? Yes, it’s that delicious garlic bread!

I was so happy to randomly visit this restaurant which turned out to be soo good. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. No complaints at all except the glass in which the water was served had a different chemical like taste and smell.

You know that feeling when you have a great meal, amazing service and an overall stellar experience.... That's what I had tonight!
I was lucky enough to get a table and I was not disappointed! (Make reservations it was busy!)
We started with the wood fire bruschetta. The base was like a flatbread, clearly house made. It was light, airy and had good chew. Tomatoes were nicely seasoned and wasn't overbaringly Garlicky. My friend had the grilled calamari and said it was perfectly cooked, well seasoned and not chewy at all.
I had the chicken parmesan with Alfredo. OMG! It was one of the best I've had in recent memory. Alfredo sauce actually had taste! Hints of parmesan and just the right amount of garlic to make it stand out. The chicken was nicely breaded, super juicy and had the perfect amount of deliciously tangy tomato sauce. Our server Courtney was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I'd 100% recommend this place. Thanks to Rick, Michelle and the whole team for an "amazeballs" dinner experience. I will be back!

So this was our first visit to the Bluebird Café. Wasn’t really sure what to expect, and was very pleasantly surprised. When I think of Café, I think of coffee, cheesecake, and scones.

My wife made reservations about two weeks ago so you do need reservations to get into this restaurant on busy nights for sure Friday Saturday I would imagine.

I would say it is upscale casual dining. We had our table for three hours, which was more than enough we were there for about 2 1/2 and started with the house cocktail called the Bluebird. It was very tasty. It was garnished with a sugared infused lemon.

The staff was very attentive, and they seem to only have maybe five tables each. The menu had great selection, leaning towards an Italian type cuisine, pasta, pizza, lasagna. I think most people could find something on this menu they would enjoy.

My wife had the lasagna and I had the feature seafood Arctic char in a lemongrass sauce with a side of rice.

We started with the Wood Fired bruschetta topped with goat cheese. Feta was an option. The crust was very light crust great flavor. I would highly recommend this appetizer it’s lite but had wonderful flavor for sure.

For dessert we shared the Turtles frozen dessert. It was a mixture of ice cream and cheesecake I believe very good. I did this with a side of Port as well.

The presentation on all the plates was very thoughtful but not crazy overdone. Incidentally, this kitchen is a scratch kitchen everything is made in house making it even more exciting to eat. Hats off to the kitchen staff you guys are great. I believe the owner or someone very senior came by the table to ask us how we were enjoying the evening and the food I can’t remember his name, (please don’t be offended I don’t do well, remembering names), but it was just a nice touch for sure.

The hostess offered to take her coats as it was a cool evening. Bottom line I cannot wait to bring my brother and sister-in-law to this restaurant. They’re kind of foodies we live in Bolton but It was worth the drive and we will be back. Keep up the great work guys.

Always a great experience when I come here. The owners and staff are so friendly! They always thank you for coming and always go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The food is some of the best food I’ve had. Would definitely recommend trying this place if you haven’t! <3

Love coming here. Food and service is always amazing. Calamari is a MUST. Not many places can do calamari as good as they do here. As for their mains, we try something different every time and we are never dissapointed as their food is always fresh. The owners are great too and take the time to go to every table to see how they're doing which shows how much they care. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants out there!!

Bluebird Café in Orangeville, Ontario is an absolute gem! From Ayr, Ontario, we made the journey to experience this culinary haven, and boy, was it worth it! The escargot melted in our mouths, the woodfire pizza was perfection, and the garlic bread with cheese was simply divine. The striploin was cooked to perfection, and the pasta was like a taste of Italy. But what truly set this place apart was the exceptional customer service – warm, attentive, and genuine. We left feeling not just satisfied but truly cared for. Bluebird Café, you've won our hearts and our taste buds! We'll definitely be back for more.

Very good atmosphere, they know what they're doing here! Pizza was delicious and good value for what you get! Our friend had dietary restrictions and they made extra sure to cater to what he needed!

The service was very friendly and extremely attentive! They even made me custom pizza, which was delicious. Definitely recommend shrimps, they are really good!

Food was scrumptious. Price was fair. Service was excellent considering how busy it was. Overall a very positive enjoyable experience. Frozen Turtles cheesecake for dessert was delicious. I would recommend that you try it for yourself.

The Bluebird Cafe & Grill deserves more than 5 stars!

We were welcomed by their incredible staff from the moment we stepped inside… tonight was our first visit and we are already planning the next! What an incredible dining experience. Owners Rick and Michelle have created an atmosphere where you feel like you are family enjoying food bursting with flavour in a relaxed and very comfortable atmosphere.
I cannot articulate well enough just how good the food is and the entire restaurant is filled with aromas, groups of people enjoying themselves and such an inviting warm.
Bravo to you both and your staff team. Very much looking forward to our next visit.

Oh, I should include some of the nitty gritty. We both had pasta dishes, no wrong choice on the menu and the pasta is made fresh in house and we were delighted that the portions truly were generous. Everything is scratch made and they easily accommodate modifications. Fresh baked bread on the table and the draft beers were all local!

If you are considering this spot for a dining experience go for it, make a reservation and enjoy yourself!
