Please show this review to your international students that you hire that they need to listen to the customers orders instead of when a customer is explaining the order to them they don't say yeah okay you guys shouldn't be hiring people that can't listen to simple instructions

You guys really deserve 5 star rating, hence I have to improve....though I want to give every Tim 5 stars, they still need to improve.

I got my coffee fritter and bagel in under 2 minutes. Fastest service I've ever had at a timmies. It was so fast that I had to take a moment to leave a review

Baljot cashier was super nice and very calm, and was very co operative. We had a huge order, he listened very carefully, was very patient and very kind. He was superr nice.

Visiting from Georgia, Tim Hortons has become my FAVORITE place to visit and no matter which one: I gotta have the chilli. This location had very friendly and quick service plus delicious food. I also tried the sour cream glazed Timmins for the first time and was in heaven.

Ngl I was so tired I didnt even know my order was ready or ready to be taken, but Miguel (legend) helped me out and was very enthusiastic. Definitely the type of behavior I like to see when I order. The way he makes those Ice Capps too, mmm mmmm mmm, the best Ice Capp I've ever had at any Tims. I only want him to prepare my Ice Capps cause his customer service is 100% awesome and his ice Capps are to die for.

This Tim Hortons location was very busy when I visited it, but I was impressed by the friendly and polite staff member's ability to handle the large volume of traffic in a timely manner. It didn't take long for the drive-thru staff to take each customer's order and take payment quickly and efficiently. My order was correct and I was greeted with a smile.

I find that the parking lot is not very logically designed, despite being located in a high traffic area. But this is just a small downside to a generally positive experience.

Kaitlyn at this location is absolutely amazing! I had a big order this morning for our company. She answered the phone quick and had everything ready when I showed up! Also her team got all my orders correct! Super clean location, very friendly place! Highly recommended! Thank you again Kaitlyn! Phenomenon job!

Breakfast stop before going to work.

The only thing I find is that they rush u through the drive through. I know its suppose to be quick but please give people a change to put change or card away before thrusting the items u ordered.

Great, fast service. The guy took the orders very fast and got it all right! Used to hate Tim Hortons after Burger King bought it. But you made me love timmies again. Also the guy told me that he wants to make sure to give us the best quality food so recommended som stuff. Truly amazing. You guys did a great job with hiring. All the best! Off to Tobermory! Lol

Regular Tim Hortons stopping point. Staff are very nice and the station is set up well for covid safety!! There is a washroom that you can use one person at a time.

Just went through drive thru for 3 drinks and add box of 10 timbits in window. A girl did awesome fantastic job to serve. I mean she deserves a prize. Very happy 😊
