Walmart Supercentre

Today while at Walmart my family and I had a full cart. At check out as one put bags up, another packed bags. The lovely Francine came over with an extra cart, helped us pack our bags, then continued to play "guess the price" she made jokes with us and was very delightful! She also guessed the price and was the closest!! If I ever go back, I hope francine will be there I will be checking out with her

Scott is our favourite cashier. It's always such a pleasure to have him check out our order. This young man has a wonderful personality, and is definitely a diamond in the rough. Thank You Scott for always being so friendly and sincere. If there is someone who deserves to be promoted, to show others what customer service is all about, it's Scott. Walmart is lucky to have him. I like his bow ties too, they're straight up stylin'

Had an amazing experience with a worker named Ryan, I had a bit of trouble with a previous purchase and he was more than willing and ready to help. Not only was he helpful and going beyond his job to help me out, he was also extremely kind. It was a very pleasant experience and I will continue shopping at this location.

Very nice selection of toys available at this Walmart location, lots of parking and friendly staff.

Dhaval is an extraordinary manager what a helpful positive nice person carefully listens and goes above to resolve issues very professional and the team under him is great also I feel more comfortable shopping knowing if I have an issue I can count on him.

UPDATE JUNE 17, 2023: Happily, I shopped in this excellent store again while visiting family members. There is a very positive vibe about the place and it makes me happy to shop in this Walmart store with its superior assortments of products. The one near where I live is being renovated and is even more disappointing than usual, e.g. lacking in size-appropriate clothing for my grandson in the 12-14 size range. No problem with that in the Orangeville store. Five stars for the Orangeville Supercentre!

PREVIOUSLY: Best Walmart I've ever shopped in, superior to my usual location in Toronto, e.g. barbecued chickens and ribs for sale. Wide selection of merchandise in every department, it seems. Clean. Tidy, organized displays. Lots of room to move around the aisles. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of shopping carts and parking available. A nice, relaxed atmosphere in this store. It is impossible for me to leave this store without buying lots!

The only downside is the over-abundance of self-checkouts. When I shopped at this store today, there was only one line-up for a Cashier to check out shoppers' purchases. Of course, I stood in this line because I want people to keep their retail jobs and not to be replaced by machines. I have the same complaint about the Toronto Walmart stores.

The Cashier today was really friendly, patient with customers ahead of me. One of the elderly female customers was giving her life story, it seemed. It wasn't the Cashier's fault. But, no one was bothered by the reasonable delay, myself included. It was worth the wait to be served by this lovely female Cashier who was obviously experienced and demonstrated excellent customer service. If there was a problem with the price or whatever for the product, she would have helped me. A self-checkout machine could not.

I heartily recommend this store.

I want to congratulate, Harsumeet for his beautiful job of reorganization. The store is clean in
every department. I also observed the staff looking very upbeat!!!!

I really enjoy shopping here. One issue it's a safety problem once you walk in then the gate closes once you get in. Oh so your wondering what I'm going to get at. If there ever was an emergency how would the customers get out.

Tim hortons and wendy is closeby and tim is open 24 hours.

In and out no great lineup cashiers are wonderful but will never use the self-serve as I feel that I've worked in retail long enough that I don't need to cash out my own items as I always say I don't work here!

Just a quick note to say that Brianne at the Orangeville location is absolutely fantastic. She went over and above to ensure I left happy and even stayed beyond her shift to do so. Fantastic customer service and I would give her 100 stars if I could. Thank you, Brianne!

Always a great place to shop for groceries and many other items. Prices are really good. ****At the Orangeville location, for anyone with Mobility issues, they have an electric scooter with a basket on the front, for groceries!!🙏😘🤗 Extra brownie points for thinking about the differently abled!!!😘🙏💕🤗

Very neat and clean store. Well maintained and managed. Makes shopping easy. Can't find anything out of stock. We'll marked items and shelves. Self check out makes things more easy and less time consuming.

Today I needed some items at Walmart and wasn't sure where to find them.
I asked an employee Shari, where they were in the store.
She knew exactly where each item was and directed me to them kindly and politely. Walmart is fortunate to have Shari working for them. I don't know Shari personally so this post is credible.

The cashier Jagjot was really helpful.

I enjoy shopping the Orangeville Walmart for low prices and a huge selection of products. They usually have a nice greeter at the entrance and the place is relatively clean and their shopping carts are quiet and well maintained. Usually have a lot of staff and tills open so lineups are never as frustrating as some other Walmarts I've experience. Some people hate it but I love the self checkout so I can be in and out quickly.

Perfect! And fresh very happy every time I I have ordered the item have a good long expiration date.

After several visits to the store and quite a bit of run around on the phone over online order returns, today I attended the Orangeville store and had the luck and pleasure of being served by Emily at Customer Service. She immediately addressed my issues and dealt with my returns and a mistake previously made by one of her colleagues. She was very pleasant and efficient in her dealings with me. Thanks Emily.

The staff are well mannered and helpful love to shop their,also I found a wallet containing credit cards and cash and promptly handed over same to the cashier who immediately handed over same to customer service.

David the Asistant Manager went above and beyond to help me out. If he is helping to lead this store, you're in good hands.
Kudos David, you're a rockstar bud.
