Mill Creek Gardens

I walk by this place to almost daily but never stopped by. But today the weather was nice and sunny and i just wanted an ice cream so i stopped and was greeted by a lovely lady at the counter. They had a surprise milkshake on the menu. So I ordered that and it was very yummy. They do have a lot of options, which i will try next time but the best part is the colorful chairs out on the deck that you can sit at and enjoy the ice cream!!
Went again today and ordered a scoop of Praline s and cream and one of cherry bourdeoux

This is my second time coming to the Mill Creek Gardens. My family and I started doing this thing where we make a visit after going to the Island Lakes. We come here for the Kawartha Dairy ice cream, and yes while you can get this ice cream at many grocery stores now, it's nice that there are a variety of flavours that are available to choose from. Staff are incredibly kindnans friendly which just makes for an overall good experience. A small gripe that I had is that only cash is accepted. It would have been nice to see more contactless payment options given what's going on right now. What I did like though is that there is plenty of patio seating available which nice colourful chairs. There is also a hand washing station which is a thoughtful addition. It's nice supporting local businesses especially during these challenging times. Great customer service, a plethora of ice cream flavours and ample seating arrangements all make for great reasons on why you should visit Mill Creek Gardens

They have more than 50 flavours of ice cream. Good place to sit & enjoy the vibe. Definitely a must go place

This place is a great reason to visit downtown Orangeville. Seriously, how do they offer this many flavours? The seating is also amazing thanks to the many, many composite muskoka chairs. Some are even rockers. The only downside is that they don't have washrooms.

Awesome little place run by folks with big hearts.. The couple who own/run this place are really awesome.. The prices are way below what you expect for the quantity of ice-cream you get.

The variety of ice cream is amazing. I have personally tried about 11-12 of these flavours. I was never disappointed. Excellent reliable ice cream you know what you're getting. Good size portion. Great outdoor seating, lots. Would be nice if they had an indoor options, which was closed.The only thing that I don’t like is that they take cash only.
However, I would still recommend it 100% for the service and the taste.

Enjoyed an absolutely delicious lunch with great service! Sadly wasn’t able to get an ice cream as they’re cash only (and I’m too cheap to use the ATM!) But would definitely be back for another day to eat here again!

Dog friendly. Lots of outside seating. Super selection of Kawartha Ice Cream flavours. A nice place to come for ice cream in town. Keep in mind it is Cash only here. So be prepared vs disappointed. Thumbs up if you just took out cash before attending ;). Enjoy

Love them. Super friendly. And huge helpings of ice cream. Can't go wrong! Only place where 3 scoops are equal to a litre of ice cream. Lol

Great little place to have icecream with family the owner was real nice he saw we were trying to take a family picture came out and took it for us. I hope you get Re =(retirement) . Will definitely be back.

Best ice cream in Orangeville, hands down!

This ice cream shop is a true taste of summer. It's not too expensive compared to other places: one scoop in a cup was $6.65.
