Average sized, clean, and well staffed. Excellent fresh produce for the price. Has a good sized fresh produce section, freezer & fridge, and plenty of shelf stable products. Range of brands is quite limited, with most No Frills, and stocks lower tier brands. Bag your own groceries.

The number one place when it comes to grocery Liz's. Since Liz took over this is place I have noticed lots of changes with regards to the arrangements of products work ethics, everything regarding that grocery store is amazing. All I can say is keep up the good work guys. .

This No Frills is quite large. I particularly appreciate their produce. They carry a wide variety of fresh quality produce. The store is clean. The entrance & aisles are accessible. Staff are always very helpful, kind, & courteous. There is ample parking, including disability. This No Frills is part of a strip mall.

Really enjoyed shopping at NoFrills! They have a good selection of products, and the prices are quite reasonable. The staff seems friendly and the store is well-organized. It's a nice spot for regular grocery needs. Worth checking out.

Neighborhood store great for quick stops or full shopping. They use to have a chair at the cash where a person with disabilities could wait and it's gone. Only place to sit now is a bench outside the door and you can't see anyone at cash and have to wait for someone to leave to get back in.

Liz's NOFRILLS Whitby is a big supermarket and all kinds of necessary goods are up to vegetables from baby & adults foods available. Everyone can purchase by card or cash payments but self service to collect from the rack.

I went at 9 am and it wasn't busy at all. The produce was well stocked and fresh. I think it's cheaper here than some of the other grocery stores. Staff is always helpful and nice. There's always a place to park.
