Tim Hortons

Finally a Tim Hortons that knows what extra caramel drizzle means. They serve some of the best (as in the most consistent taste and texture) iced caps that I've had. The bagels and wraps however are toasted/"grilled" too quickly. Asking for a double toasted or double grilled will help; but still gives that microwaved texture. Overall a good Tim's.

You never forget your first Tim Hortons and this was mine. After a while you find them to have the same offering but the atmosphere can change dramatically depending on where you are in Canada.

This seemed nice and new as it was very clean and the service was excellent.

Can't explain why they seem better than McDonald's but I guess it's a Canadian thing in living something that's not American.

Stopped there for a while with my 1 year old and my husband. Service is good, washrooms were super clean (even the diaper station that made me happy), and the infant high chairs were clean as well. Super friendly local people, lively atmosphere! If you stop, do say hi to Sheila from the staff. She is so kind and hardworking!!

P.S. - Dear Manager, Sheila deserves a raise😁

Fast friendly service. They got the wraps done correctly, which is greatly appreciated.

I am very particular about my order and often make substitutions or give specific instructions. They made everything PERFECT.

They were very friendly and patient as well as extremely efficient. I highly recommend it, especially if you're passing by High River and need a quick pit stop.

I was running behind Christmas eve and I needed 2 dozen donuts so I could build a donut cake for my husband's birthday because he did not want a Traditional birthday cake even though he was closing he got them ready and waited for me to get there.

Very polite staff, prompt at serving, very clean establishment

I have dietary concerns. The individual who made my a-la-cart meal paid attention to detail and ensured my a-la-cart meal was correct. This is an exceptional level of customer service I have never experienced before.

This Tim Hortons is by far one of my favorite Tim Hortons they have very good crispy chicken bacon ranch wraps and they provide very good service. Only bad thing about this Tim's is that since they are so amazing the lines are usually very long so it takes a little time to get what u order. That just proves how amazing they are. Overall would recommend 25/10.

The inside changed since we were last here. Seating arrangements are very nice now. It was busy, but service was still fast. We only got drinks. The Cinnamon Apple Chai was really good. So was the Vanilla Latte. Great place to meet up for a chat with friends.

Great Customer Service @ this particular location! The young man that served me was very courteous and efficient. I have had BAD experiences at Tim Hortons in Calgary @ Calgary Airport.

All of the employees at this location great you with a smile! They never hesitate to fix any errors (as we are all human) that may have occurred. Be it with you hit morning beverage or your late night snack. This Tim Hortons is an A+ In my books

The coffee was good as always but most appreciated was the use of their power outlet so that I was able to charge my tablet. This allowed me to check the status of the BC fires, road closures and smoke levels which enabled us to reach home by the quickest, safest route.

They are great! They now know my order! And know its me when im ordering in the drivethrew. Absolutely amazing staff! Very friendly and excited to see you there. The ladies that work the drivethrew are so awesome! Thank you for the hard work i appreciate it, somedays you truly make my day 😊

Great to visit but didn't get what we ordered so switch at window staff was super friendly

We went there during a trip to Waterton. There was one lady who was very attentive and even helped us find a seat with our 3 year old. She made some recommendations of what to get my little girl, and came by every so often to check on us. I think her name was Sheila? I can't rememeber. But she gave us a very good impression of the resturant and every worker should be like Sheila.

Had dinner with a friend, always a nice time at this location, we lucked out as it was very slow

Fast & friendly service. Only had tea, no food. However, it was hot & fresh.

Great service. There was an extremely long line at the drive though. I was skeptical about stopping but was shocked on how quickly the line moved and got everyone through.
