Kinda disappointed at McDonald's Restaurants! I used to work for this company yrs ago. Those days are awesome .
This day, I don't know... the size and quantity of food are so bad. For example, the quarter cheese burger now is the same size of cheese burger! They got smaller and expensive! I don't mind paying expensive food as long the quantity is good. And if you don't pay attention if you order a medium fries hundred % if you ask for small fries the amount are the same... lol
If you don't mind paying good money and less amount . McDonald's Restaurants are for you. ✌✌✌

As a night worker being in town quite a bit these guys always take amazing care of our staff!! The gentlemen who work from 11pm until early morning are always the sweetest! Yel has always treated us so well. I am terrible with names but the staff working the back have always been fantastic! Thank you for all you do for us!

This location is right off the 2 highway and seems to generally be quite busy. The staff seem to do a good job trying to keep up. You may still wait a bit longer than other locations depending when you stop in, but they'll get your McDonald's fix to you as expected. Nice staff, on par McDonald's quality food and beverages.

All the staff are extremely friendly, Angie who was on orders was probably the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met at any fast food chain. An extremely engaging and pleasant lady. Making all the customers laugh and make it a great experience. Manager looked like a nice fun guy among the workers.

Rave to Macdonalds Play Place and staff in town for the amazing service esp to the nice lady staff whose been helping us throughout the party and she made sure everything’s ok before her shift ends! I forgot your name but you are amazing with your job and your smile made us feel at ease! You rock! it’s our first time to celebrate my son’s Birthday and it turns out really well. Their manager name “Edwin” was very accommodating and he made sure everything is prepared for my son’s B-day. They provided balloon’s, water bottle mug, coloring books and games. Kid’s had so much fun throughout the party!

Awesome service ! I ordered 25 Happy meals for my students and called ahead with my ETA. When I arrived not only were they all ready and bagged, but they were loading it up in my vehicle for me! They also gave me a free coffee, and some coupons for free food in the future. Thank you for making a rather stressful situation (had 10 minutes during recess for pick up), seamless!

Recently found out that her name is Kaitlyn but we love it when she is working because she has excellent customer service and she’s really friendly. Makes going through the drive thru a pleasant experience. For the longest time we referred to her as Happy. Oh and the food is pretty good.

I remember coming here for lunch with my Dad when I was little and we were in High River, I liked going to McDonald’s as a kid and I remember enjoying the play area here. Love you and God bless you McDonald’s ❤

Wonderful staff!! My grandson wanted something that was not on the menu anymore (grilled cheese happy meal) and they made it for him. Totally going the extra mile. I always get greeted in a friendly/jovial way at the drivethru. Kudos!!

Wonderful place to just wander around. My son (just about 4) absolutely loves it, especially the dinosaurs (and the fish that swim in with the hippos for some reason). Well worth the cost of membership if you have a curious toddler with boundless energy.

I just left the drive thru and I have to say, it's the most positive experience I've ever had at any McDonald's restaurant. The gals at the window were super nice and made me feel like they truly loves what they do and my food was super fresh.

We went at 9pm. Food was fresh cooked and very high quality. We ordered Egg McMuffins. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and very welcoming. Overall a very satisfying experience. We will be going back.

Very convenient location for a quick coffee and/or food stop when driving Hiway 2 from Ft Macleod to Calgary. Always clean, well staffed, easy in & put.

I come here fairly regularly because it has a play area for my kids. I've never had any complaints, the staff is always nice and the building and bathrooms are clean.

Even though they had given me the wrong order, the staff did a great job to make sure to make it got right. Overall friendly staff and fast service.
