Beware: Drive Right Calgary Sold Me a Lemon and Refused to Help

"I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with Drive Right Calgary. They sold me a used car that had a significant problem from day one - a persistent shake that made it unsafe to drive. Despite my repeated complaints and requests for assistance, they completely ignored my concerns and refused to help me resolve the issue.

From the moment I purchased the car, I experienced problems and reached out to them for support, but they didn't care. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to stand behind their products is appalling. I warn others to be cautious and do thorough research before considering a purchase from Drive Right Calgary. I regret my decision and hope others can avoid the same nightmare I've experienced."

Worest place ever, arrogant, rude, they called me several times offering to buy my used car as they really need it, and they will pay top dollars for it as it's a confidential campaign. After I drove all the way, they simply and rudely told me, we only trade, and the salesman Jay just threw the keys in my hands and gave me his back saying sorry in arrogant way. Whrn I asked for the person who phoned me, he told me she isn't here yoday, and for his bad luck, I just met her while I was leaving the place and she introduced herself to me. Staff are liers, rude.... etc.
