Tim Hortons

I would like to thank the staff, tonight they made a dozen "every child matters" donuts for me when there were none at the tim hortons near me and refused to make any. I was told on the phone they had 4 and when I brought up my concern the donuts may not be there when I arrived, I was told they would happily make them and that really made me feel appreciated as a customer. I couldn't be happier with the delicious donuts, they were so nice I decided to share them with some folks hanging out downtown while making my way home. Thanks again

Sometimes the drive thru is long and slow but it's worth the wait 😋
Always go a bit early if off to an appt or event to leave ample time for the lineup. Because what's a road trip without a farmers wrap, iced coffee or green tea n honey mmm the potato wedges are my new go to

The Tim Hortons crew at this location are amazing, always super polite; great drive thru time as well as counter service.

I love coming here because it's a fast place most times.

I have to give a shout out to the amazing young lady working this morning!! You're what customer service is all about! Your boss should be proud to have you part of the team. The welcoming greeting of hearing " Welcome to Tim Hortons. What can I get for you". This was the best experience hands down I've received in a long time! You are awesome Suhu!! I hope, I got that right! If not. I apologize! Keep up the awesome job!!!

This is by far the best tim hortons in town! Ritika(drive thru lady) is awesome. Always happy and polite and makes sure that they have apple fritters for the bf and I nearly every morning. We even travel across town just to go to that Tim's....always a very pleasant time when Ritika is working!
Defiantly 5 stars 🌟 for this Tim Hortons.

Best place to buy fresh coffee n pastries hot breakfast on the go or place to just wind down great service fast delicious on the go meals would recommend Tim Hortons one of the best anywhere

Had a online order that went wrong and was not sent. The manager worked hard to figure out the situation, in the end I got refunded and she gave me my order. Everyone was wonderful to deal with being a Sunday snowy morning. Awsome customer service and awsome staff that work there 😃

It was good food and friendly people in the store but staff barely said a word and no smiles

Very tidy restaurant and washroom. Coffee was hot, food was fresh and quite tasty. We were travelling from Edmonton and appreciated the friendly smiles while taking a break off the road. We were sincerely thanked for our business.

Farmer’s Breakfast Wrap With Sausage is so good and fresh every single time I ordered . I love it and how can I forget about timbits . I highly recommend Tim Hortons 10/10 . five Stars for the staff as well <3

I went through the drive thru the food was good but the service was slow but I don't know how busy they where in side

Good service, good food, not overly packed

Fast and effective service. For fast food its pretty good and keeps the cost down. I like that they keep trying new recipes for their donuts and muffins.

I ask for a 4x4 except for the cream to be warmed, the worker stated they don't do that. I asked If it could are if they would be able to. And the worker did. Pleasant experience.

I don't actually live in Grande Prairie but the young gentleman that helped me feel right at home. I work the service industry as well and I know how hard it is to find people with his customer service qualities. I can't remember his name but it was on December 27th and just saying he needs a raise
