Winnipeg’s best-kept breakfast secret! Good food, amazing service & unbelievable prices. Their house blend dark roast coffee is terrific; I took a pound home to enjoy anytime. Great location in the heart of quaint Old Transcona. My first time visiting but will not be the last!! Great place for the whole family.

The perogy soup is so filling & heartwarming...as if each spoonful makes you feel like you're home ❤

Fantastic, service, friendliness, empathy for less fortunate and willing to do something about it! Neighborhood and small town feel! Definitely will keep coming back and recommending to others. * The last visit it did take longer than usual for the food to come, although admittedly it was a full house.

I tried this place based on a friend's recommendation, and I was not disappointed. We had breakfast and it was great. Service was fantastic, and the cinnamon buns were a nice treat at home. We will definitely be back soon.

My parents and I eat here once a week. The staff, food, EVERYTHING is FABULOUS!! But make a reservation or u may have trouble getting a table. They are only open until 2 pm so it's busy at times and the place is not big. Staff are the sweetest & the food is wonderful. Reasonable prices. So glad we have this in Transcona. They do a lot for the community as well.

I had a craving for breakfast out. So, with supporting local in mind I went to L'arche Tova today. I ordered coffee with cream to go with my Denver Sandwich and home potatoes. It came hot, the pieces of ham were juicy. The peppers and onions mixed with cheese on their in house made potato dill bread was amazing. I ordered a loaf of the potato dill and the last two small cinnamon buns to go. Their cinnamon buns taste just like my Mom used to make.

As the guy off the "you gotta eat here says", I highly recommend it!

It's our first time at Tova and it was excellent experience 😃, love the garlic toast, just the right amount of garlic, we ordered a chicken sandwich platter with rye bread so creamy and lovely so were the housemade fride right amount of crunch and bake, THE CINNAMON BUNS are to die for, if you are thinking just go grab them, and make it like they suggest you, grilled with extra icing on the top just the best cinnamon buns in town love it love it love it 😍.

A “hidden gem” in downtown Transcona for anyone who’s not from the area. Fantastic breakfast food with very generous portions! I had the “Hungry Ukrainian Breakfast” and was surprised how much protein (sausage and bacon strips) it came with for $15!

So hungry almost forgot to take photos haha. Fantastic place!!! Great service, great food, and great coffee. My first visit and I will definitely be back. The cinnamon buns and homemade bread looked amazing! Will have to try the bakery next time too. HIGHly recommend this place.

You cant go wrong with this place! The breakfast dishes are absolutely delicious and at a great price! Not to mention the cinnamon buns! And if you get them french toasted, OH MY GOD! the staff are great and you'll leave with a smile. Don't forget to take home a loaf of potato dill bread. AMAZING

Ordered the big breakfast and it was very tasty and arrived promptly. The turkey sausage and the Dill bread were amazing and above and beyond your standard Smitty's/Sal's type quality.

Staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was cozy and welcoming. I'll definitely be making this my new regular breakfast spot. The prices were very good for the quality.

It's one of those places that are unforgettable for many reasons.
A. Food is great - fresh ingredients, multiple vegetarian options (must try the soup of the day)
B. Great service - the staff is friendly and kind
C. Accessible and inclusive.
D. A true social enterprise, that supports the community.

Totally the Best place to eat we drove 2 hours to experience this highly rated restaurant! We recommended this place staff are amazing food is so tasty, portions are huge as well. Will be back again with more of our friends!

This is a great breakfast/lunch spot. The servers are friendly and the food was delicious. What more could you want? Oh yeah...the proceeds go to charity. This is a popular spot and not too many tables so be prepared to wait for one.

Food and coffee were both great and the friendly service was even better! Would definitely come here again.
