Tim Hortons

This is the only location in Cild Lake we go to because the other one always gets our order wrong or are sometimes rude.

I ordered a regular chili and a bottle of water. When it came the butter was frozen, the young lady who took care of the issue thought outside the box and found a solution, was very friendly and served me butter that I was able to spread on my bun.

The Washroom and the Store was clean, the employees were super friendly. The Person at the till after she took my order, she WASHED her hand and than she went to the S+S to make my order.

Out of the 3 Tim Hortins in Cold Lake, this is my favourite. The staff are so hard working and actually care about providing for their customers. But I firmly believe that your staff will be happy when treated properly, so management at this store must be doing something right. 😊

Amazing as per usual! I enjoyed the coffee and the others liked there iced caps! It came out fast, they where polite, they wore there masks and stayed safe, and it was great tasting! 10/10 would go again!

Had the little roastbeef snackable sandwich with double meet, it was soooo tasty, the roastbeef is amazing, I honestly didn't expect it to be that tasty and the little bun was as if they just took it from the oven fresh baked, it was a great lunch.

5 star because of Sandra the drive thru lady. She is just the best.

Better than the tims in CL south. Orders were always done quickly and the hours posted on here are actually correct.

The owners have done a great job at this location always friendly staff, very efficient and fast service and a very nice comforting cozy and also hip looking place for a really good piping hot cuppa coffee

Tim Hortons was great three gold Sidney Crosby cards at cold Lake today it was a big surprise for me
