Humpty's Big Plate Diner - Cold Lake

When you have an amazing server, it makes the experience so much fun. She was so patient and kind to my grandson who is autistic and has tourette's, as well as a severe stutter. She made his experience a happy one.

Shannon was the most amazing 😍🤩 and beautiful server we seen. We camp at provincial lake and daily we had one or 3 meals here. Every day she became part of family. She is quick, smiles and be happy in all this high traffic of clients. When we drop water she nurture us with kindness and feel less embarrassed. I wish I have bigger budget to pay my server as she deserves it but I hope the review will add to her comfort. Every day is only 3 servers and they work hard and fast and carrying. Lyanne was the other server who attend us and she was equally amazing. This is a home from home. I home management can give them a big raise or a significant contribution as they keep this restaurant so clean, clients so happy and a home from home for many of us . Thank you Shannon and Lyanne for going for each client above and beyond and still keep a very fast past. Dress modest without seeing holy body parts enhanced our experience. They work long hours 😔, amazing. Food is as amazing as servers . Great job cooks and chefs. If I lived in cold Lake I will love to be part of this team. My son words ,, love here has old age music and jumpy servers who keeps me happy ,, .

Food was delicious, service was great as always. I really enjoyed the meal and the desserts were so good! BEST if all no dishes for me to do!😉😁🥳

I go there once a week. The service is great. I have always left this place with a full belly. The portions are big enough to satisfy any hunger. The servers are quite pleasant, and I like that they will come and top up my coffee. The place is clean, well lit, and lots of parking. The menu has lots of choices and it all looks good.

Ate breakfast there on 7/8/2023. Food was excellent and service was amazing. Coffee cup never got to the bottom.

It was great the server was great and very pretty. She also had a wonderful smile and pretty eyes. Great service. You all better eat here..

Ate dinner with my family at this location. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Our server Jenna greeted us at the door with a warm welcome. Our service was excellent and overall very pleasant. The food came out quickly and our drinks were refilled as required. Thanks Jenna for the great service!

My experience there is always great. I'm thankful for the amazing owners, pleasant staff. They take great care of us while we are dining there making it a great experience. I highly recommend going there

The service here from Ashlyn was amazing during our visit. Very lovely and friendly!
We ordered the perogie poutine, which had a beautiful garnish and plating (solid 7/10).
The steak sandwich, which I ordered medium rare came to the table perfectly cooked but tasted under-seasoned. Had to add salt and pepper at the table. (4/10)
Lastly, we ordered a serving of the banana bread french toast. Came out with that beautiful cream cheese frosting drizzle, and was an absolute experience to eat (seriously try it out, 8/10)

If you're ever nearby and want some breakfast in the evening, this is the place to be! I love trying new dishes here! 😋

it's all around good family restaurant .. I recommend the pan scramblers with tator tots instead of diced potatoes

One of the better Humptys I've been to. Small booths available for singles or couples. Great decor, friendly staff, great food! I always substitute tomatoes for hash browns and instead of a slice or 2 like most places do making me feel like I've insulted them, this place gave me 5 slices. Will be my go to every weekend while staying in Cold Lake.

The Humpty's in Cold Lake is fantastic. It's not gourmet food by any means, but the service is absolutely fantastic!
And sometimes that means more than just a good meal.
I highly recommend stopping by and being pampered by their fabulous staff.

What a wonderful place. I have ate at alot of humptys all over alberta. Never recieved the level of professionalism as i did at the location in cold lake. The young waitress i had was very on the ball. Professional and didnt miss a thing. Extremely polite and curious.
