Always busy in the morning but they always have my order right. Coffee was fresh and good not old or burnt. Front sever was super friendly. They were super accommodate.

Pretty boring but the food and stuff here is good. They need more things to do when more things to shop

Not sure it was a fluke, but I received best built burger to date from this location. Extra sauce was extra sauce, extra lettuce was extra lettuce. Tea was great too, mixed to the consistent taste. Service was great, the cashier lady was very patient, smiling, and outgoing. Definitely drove up the experience. Hopefully it wasn't just luck.

I've been in Cold Lake for last 3 days working with evacuees and I just have to say that your staff are great, very friendly, fast and productive! The BEST MCDONALDS I've been to by far..keep up the amazing work! You guys rock!

Yes we're there everyday mostly for the delicious coffee. Of course the dollar coffee is great too and the drinks in summertime great too. The service is usually prompt and the orders are right just about every time. Once I was about 5 kms out of town before I realized I had someone else's meal lol

The mormimg ladies are always so fantastic! I go every morning that im not out of town for coffee and a sausage and cheese only mc griddle, makes my day. Always getting the correct order you ordered there is getting so much better, this was a huge problem for a long time.

I like the self service ordering kiosks. The best part is everyone gets a number, so you don't have to try and get on the quickest moving line. Next step should be to allow you order and pay from the mobile app. Then you can get your order in on your way over and save more time.

The most efficient McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Their customer service is polite and effective and I’ve never seen a drive through move as fluid and swift as this one.

Good food and staff and great prices for the quick filling meal when in a little bit of a rush

The food is great Miles is one of the attendants that help us he always double checks everything and has never gotten any of the food I ordered wrong but when I get my orders from anyone else I find mochas aren’t mixed but that’s nothing I can’t fix.

Fast service, no issues. Good munch.

Good food, very quick, and you can order ahead or on their screens.
