Can't believe the low reviews. This clinic is fabulous and we're lucky to have these people in our community. Seems a lot of people just have to complain about every little thing. They're extremely busy and everyone ALWAYS greets me with a smile and positive attitude.

I have been going to this clinic for over a decade and they are absolutely wonderful! The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. My family doctor is attentive and patient and overall cares about his patients. And when he is unavailable for me or my family for whatever reason, they do their best to get another doctor to help. Their hours are great and best of all, I love their web portal. The only feedback is that we used to be able to email our doctors or book appointments through the portal and since COVID we can't do that anymore, we have to call in. But I hope that option, especially the appointment booking, comes back some day! Thank you to all of the medical staff for what you do day in and day out!

Somewhat new building, clinic is always clean. Very convenient to have labs, ultrasounds, etc. upstairs. Clinic staff very friendly, always a smile on their face when I visited. Great doctors and able to take urgent appointments if needed I was able to be seen same day/next day.

Everyone is so friendly! Appointment easy taken with our family doctor or another one will take care of us if our doctor can see us! They care about theyre patients and we can clearly feel it !!

Dr. Bissonnette, is our family doctor. Best move we have ever made. She is a fantastic doctor, listens to every concerns and actually follows up. Thank you Rockland Family Heath team for this doctor. My entire family thanks you.

I have been a patient for 5 years and have no complaints! Unless people are blowing up the phone lines … apart from that staff and my GP has been great for myself and my child.

I moved to Rockland 6 years ago and feel so blessed to have access to this clinic and a wonderful family doctor who is supported by amazing administrative staff. Coming from the Quebec healthcare system, this clinic exceeds all expectations. The care I receive here is always exemplary. Highly recommend and grateful for all the services they provide.

I have no complaints with this clinic. Making an appointment with my family doctor is so easy through the online portal. Yes, the earliest available time is usually a month away but, hey, that's the reality nationwide. Dr. Brulé is amazing, always explains clearly, answers all of my questions, doesn't make me feel rushed although she does move fast from room to room. Once I came without an appointment, I got to see another doctor within an hour. The staff of this clinic has never treated me anything but friendly and professionally. The facility is clean and unclutered, the corridors not very complicated, although some signs from the rooms to the lobby/reception area would help.

I have been going to this clinic for more then 35 years, where it is now and when it was located in Clarence Creek Ontario. The doctor's that i have had since my time going there have been great. The staff have always have been helpful and professional in both locations. It is the cleanest doctors office i have ever been to and i have been to a lot. I am 73 years old and healthy because of the care and attention i received from my doctor's. Any time i need to see my doctor these days, it takes me 1 1/2 hours to travel there by car and i wouldn't have it any other way

Been going here for nearly 2 years and have only had good experiences.
Most negative reviews are from people saying it took them 50 minutes to see a doctor or because a specialist is not able to take new patients without a referral.
Coming from an area where you were lucky to have a family doctor and even if you had an appointment wait time was typically one to two hours, this sounds like whining. Giving single star based on delays rather than basing it on the quality of the medical services is darn petty.

I've been with the same doctor for at least 20 years now. I love the service from him and the staff. No complaints here. And for those of you who say the line is ways busy and can't make an appointment. That's what the portal is for. Best thing in the world.

Dre Berardi is the BEST!! She showed to have empathy and listen to the need of my situation. I felt supported and she has way to make you feel that you will be in good hands. I am blessed to have her to care for me and my son🤗

Such a wonderful clinic, I'm always greeted by friendly staff and never have to wait long to see my family dr, I love that they work as a team as anytime my children have needed a same day appointment there has always been someone available to see them. I'm so happy that we found this clinic.

Dr. Adam is amazing. She never rushes you and is very very thorough. I'm so glad we have her as our family Dr.
