I called & visited the 32 ave Staples.I called around to others also but they were not able to help me with cutting and ring binding a soft cover textbook. When I called and visited The Beacon Hill location , I left there so very happy and grateful. Not only were they able to help me but Abil was very bubly, professional and his suggestions and help in getting the book in a more manageable bind far exceeded my expectations. Yes I had to wait in the area for it to be done as they had other jobs before my own but the wait was well worth it and I am super happy and thankful for the quality of work done as well as Abil's awesome customer service. I have recommended this store to my classmates who may want yo do the same. Thank you so much!!!! (Please give him a raise)

Believe it or not, this Staples store has become my go-to spot! That's saying something because I usually couldn't care less about office supply stores, but they've got their act together. Unlike some other places, they actually have stuff in stock and ready to buy – what a concept! And the best part is their service, which is just how I like it. They don't bug you if you're good on your own, but when you need help, they're all ears and ready to hook you up with the right products.

Honestly, it's a great place, and I really hope they keep up the good work and maintain that high standard they've set!

I have been a staples customer since I started my business in 1994. They have always provided amazing customer service in a world where self-serve now dominates. The clerk on duty at Beacon Hill June 6 at 1215. A beautiful brunette lady went above beyond duty. Thanku. I am so sorry I forgot your name. You served an Indigenous Minister and I at the same time. We both were into book publishing. She was promoting a book called The shopping cart boy. My book soon to be released The Slim Switch the last diet book. Not only did this clerks customer care help us, but it helped thousands of others because she was present. Thankyousomuch. Also to the staff in computer services thanks for great service. Staples is a winner no matter the times!

I went there to print a document, super easy system do it yourself , I just send the document to an email, enter the code and prepaid. All the process in 5 minutes or so, no lines or any contact. The place was very clean, printers on good shape and enough parking spaces.

I loved how they took care of my preferences while looking for something. The aisles girl Morgan was a huge help and cashier Reuban was very sweet. Usually this isn’t the closest staples location to me but I prefer coming here because of the great service every time. Sometimes it takes time to get my print orders but I guess it’s worth the wait for the quality and price.

Came to this location looking for school supplies. Steve met me at the front of the store with a fantastic greeting and introduced me to Morgan, who helped me out greatly! Friendly and approachable staff. Thank you!

This store is my go-to Staples for electronics, computer accessories, mobile devices and school supplies. Their prices are affordable, they have excellent customer service, and the location is easily accessible from Sarcee Trail (Nolan, Sage Hill, Kincora, Glacier Ridge, Hawkwood, Hamptons, Citadel)
and the Sherwood community. Theylits of items on Clearance.

I miss there not being a staples by Market Mall anymore but this location is easy enough to get to. Wide open, bright, clean store it was easy to find what we were looking for and a bonus that the sharpies we needed were on sale too.

I went to the store to print some hard copy, today. I am really satisfied with the amazing customer service by Abil working at shipping department.

Needed a clever solution to a rushed print order and Tenzin went above and beyond to help me out. You don't see that level of customer service often. Kudos to you Tenzin.

Last Thursday Feb 18th I had to take in my elderly neighbour to Staples to purchase a printer. The service person Elizabeth was very helpful and after we made our choice she personally brought printer to front cashier so that we didn't have to carry it. Great service. Thanks

Got passport photo for my 1 month old. They did an amazing job and they are even cheaper than AMA when u have a membership. Customer service was amazing as well! They were so good with my 2 old that we had with us and made sure she felt included even though she didn't need her photo taken

Extremely good customer service from this location. Employees that are actually concerned with getting the job done right the first time. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was surprised but in a good way. The only complaint I have is the city has made it difficult to access the location if you don't know exactly where to go. Something that the store likely has no control over.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff helped us find what we where looking for without overpaying for a similar product.
