I'd always been a loyal PetSmart girl, until I moved here and visited Pet Valu. The most knowledgeable staff, able to answer all of my questions, and super friendly too. 100% will be my go to store from now on!

We take our pups there for their baths and it's perfect! Everything I need is provided including an apron, a towel, treats, a variety of soaps, warm water with removable shower head and I don't hurt my back since my dogs are on a short leash secured to the wall and I'm standing up. Once we're done, I use the dryer, clean up any puddles and put everything in the hamper and head out. No big messes in my bathroom, no sore back or knees and no fighting to keep them in bathtub!

I love going into this store. The staff are so helpful and always smiling. The only place I go for my furbabies needs.

Pet Value has been a welcomed addition to Cold Lake. Our family has used the animal bath for our pets. The staff is friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. We were in search of products to help with problem solving at home, staff offered several products and suggestions that complemented the solution. This is the pet store I trust in Cold Lake. When we were having dietary issues with our pup, the manager came and spoke with us about various options which he seemed to be quite knowledgeable of. After a good conversation he gave us a bunch of samples to take home and try out. Rather than buying several different bags of food he saved us hundreds of dollars to figure out what she needed.
They have a loyalty program for food, and offer a military discount on Thursdays.
They encourage you to bring your dog, and they do have two self serve dog wash spas which are equipped with a shower/bath stall, dryer, various shampoos/soaps, towels, and a treat bag. Best part is that it'll only run you $10, save the mess at home, use their facility.

Friendly and very helpful; I've always had a positive experience here. The staff are great for asking if you need help with something. When questioned about types of food, the staff member was very knowledgeable about the different brands (Some brands of food offer a loyalty programme!). If you are new to pet ownership or have questions it's hard to go wrong here!

The dog wash has saved this pooch many a time. 10 dollars a wash and friendly staff, all you need.

First time in a long time that I've been impressed with the Cold Lake pet valu. I was greeted with a smile by Madison. She was very professional and didn’t hesitate to carry 2 heavy bags of dog food to my car.

Lots of selection for toys and food. They usually do a monthly nail clipping event for charity. The dog wash is well equipped and easy to use. They have a rewards system for bagged dry food purchases. So after 9 purchases the 10th is free

Good selection of pet products for reasonable prices. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. They have a great pet washing facility that is way better than trying to wash your big dog in your bathtub.

Knowledgeable staff are always willing to help. They have a great selection raw food for your cat or dog. They often have adoptable animals from the local shelter there if you're interested in adding a family member or two.

Awesome staff, great bath and everything you need included. What more could you ask for.

They have a good selection of things for the fur babies our animals have been there and the staff that we dealt with have been good. They are very respectful and helpful with finding what's needed and answering questions
