Signed a contract with Kelsey/Pacific Group Developments on February 25th for the removal of a large in-ground swimming pool. “When can you start,” I asked. In about 6 weeks and it will take a week to complete, Kelsey said, adding, “but don’t hold me to that.” Multiple steps along the way- layers to be removed, followed by the arrival of truckloads of rock, subsoil and topsoil, all needing to be smoothed out before the next layer arrived. Fifty days later, pool gone, beautiful garden in its place. Great job - great crew - couldn’t be happier. Thanks Kelsey and Robin.

I had an above ground oil tank with a few inches of oil remaining in it, and called to have it removed. I was offered next day service, but because I wished to be there, I opted for a time a couple of days later, surprised and happy that they could accommodate me. I was given a time of 9am, and two fellows were already at work before then. They were very careful, answered my questions about the remaining oil lines and the furnace, were very respectful, and fast! I felt that the price paid was reasonable, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a tank removed.

Kelsey and his team (especially Kai) were phenomenal, cannot say enough good things about them. I was selling a home and there was evidence that there was a underground tank. Kelsey and team came in and hand dug the area, lo and behold, not one one tank but two. Kelsey handled the delicate timeline along with the pressure of trying to retain access to the property like the professional he is, even showed up on a statutory holiday! We discovered a buried oil tank in our front yard on Easter Sunday.
Kelsey came to our home right away and assessed the situation. He had the equipment to pump out the groundwater that had collected inside the oil tank and he had it pumped into a holding tank that afternoon. Kelsey made all the arrangements for permits, pumping, inspection and disposal of all contaminated material.
Kelsey worked with an environmental specialist to ensure the site and our home were safe when everything concluded.
Kelsey provided us with detailed invoices that included the type of work and the cost associated with the work being done. There were no surprise amounts, he was very upfront with the removal process, the potential cost, and final environmental report. We highly recommend Kelsey and Pacific Group Development .

We needed a huge oil tank removed from our basement. We contacted several companies but no return call. Finally tried Pacific Group and Kelsey called within hours. Came over that afternoon to assess the situation & was concerned that crack would expand and leak many gallons of oil into our basement. Returned that evening to drain the oil so that would not occur and then within 2 days came back to cut the tank in half so it could be completely removed. We are ever so grateful for your help Kelsey!

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Kelsey and his company Pacific Group Developments! After our basement flooded earlier in the year, we needed solutions to address the problem before the rainy season returned. We were frustrated that other companies would only do “drive-by” quotes, not taking the time to hear the issues and come up with solutions. When Kelsey initially met with us, he even tried to talk us out of an expensive drain system! Ultimately, we found we did need their services to replace a section of pipe that previous owners repaired badly plus the entire run of drainage pipes along the front of the house, under the sidewalk and driveway. Kelsey, George, Mike, and the others who worked on our project impressed us with their attention to detail, old-fashioned pride in their work, punctuality, friendliness, and excellent project management. We were always involved and informed and work was done in a timely manner. They left the site spotless every day, bringing compliments from our neighbours! This has been one of the best experiences we have had with renovation work! It is a shame no one can see the great new drainage system, but we do have a beautiful new sidewalk and driveway to show off! Thank you so much!

Pacific Group Developments did a great job removing a structure from my property without damaging the surrounding building. The price was reasonable, the work was done quickly, and the cleanup was great.
