Rob and company did a fantastic job powder coating our fire pit which had never been properly prepped at the manufacturing company. It rusted quickly. They got down to the raw steel and started with a fresh primer coat before the new powder coat. It is now better than ever! And done quickly. Much appreciated. Totally recommend this company.

I had the crash bars on my motorcycle powder coated and I can say that after riding from Alaska to Mexico they still look brand new. I'm actually really surprised every time I wash my bike that the crash bars still look so good. Fantastic work by Rob and his team.

I have dealt with Victoria Powder Coating over the years and continue to do so. My projects are usually small, but they are done in a timely fashion with good communication and the price point has always worked with my budget. I have recommended Rob and his team to friends, family and even to my employers as I know they will get it done right.

Took them a section of aluminum railing that required repainting. They gave me a quote, saying it might be a week. They called the next day -- it was ready. Great job... highly recommended.

Very patient and knowledgeable service!

I was a customer for many many years and always received excellent service. Recently I brought in some bicycle parts for my 11yr old son, and was told a month because they wait to do colour batches as they mainly do black. Based on my experience from years ago (although disappointed), I trusted them and said sure. I did consider it strange though because back in the day they did many different colours for me and it only took a week or 2.

So a month goes by and I hear nothing, so I send an email and hear nothing back after a few days, so I finally call and I’m told about the hassle of a “colour” run with all the cleanup involved etc. and that it might be a couple more weeks. At this point I politely picked up my stuff up and took it down the road to ISLAND POWDER COATING where they were super friendly and knowledgeable (unlike the person at the counter at this place), and they are getting it in right away. Bottom line this place is one of the worst places I’ve ever done business, and I urge everyone to go to ISLAND POWDER COATING, they understand knowledgeable, friendly service.

*Response to response lol, take note of my name as there’s a reason I left it as opposed to hiding behind a google ID. I was a major business owner in Victoria from 1997 -2020, so I do understand and appreciate business and how things have been crazy since Covid. I routinely deal with companies where wait times have increased exponentially yet somehow I am still satisfied and not inspired to write negative feedback. So maybe instead of blaming the customer, siting reasons such as I’m not “a regular enough customer,” and you have to prioritize the ones who pay yours bills… maybe you can take this feedback as legitimate and try and be better going forward. Trust me when I tell you the experience you provided was incredibly unprofessional for a variety of reasons.

I dropped off some automotive parts here a couple months ago after agreeing to a rough quote and time estimate - a couple weeks (a couple is 2 but I would have been ok with 3). I called just to check ETA after 2, I was told “this week”, that was ok. I didn’t hear back for another 2 weeks (a couple days shy of a month at this point), so I called again and was told “no sorry we will get on it this week” but I was agitated by this point so I declined and picked up my parts then took them down the road to IPC where they had a quality job done in 1 week at half the price. They have a returning customer now. I’m not one to ever leave a review but I felt like that 5 star rating needed to be brought down
