A super busy location. Everyone is amazingly fast. My green mango boost is savoury.

I purchased a muffin and it seemed a bit dry. I guess I must have made a bit of a face while I took my first bite so the gentleman behind the counter asked if I didn’t like it. I mentioned the dryness and right away he remedied the situation and gave me a new muffin. He certainly was kind and his showing of concern seemed genuine. Thank you kind sir.

I forgot my thermos at home for my baby's bottle and the staff was extremely kind enough to give me hot water to warm my baby bottle! Saved my life :) Thank you. Amazing business owners. I will definitely be back

I ordered a Cappucinno from the very nice lady behind the counter that I have recognised from before and I got a superb tasting hot bevvy. You gotta let that piping hot drink cool a little then all the flavor comes out. Yum.
The Baristas there did a wonderful job.

Love getting a keto-friendly heavy cream cappuccino here. It's so much smoother than other cappuccinos you can get. Absolutely worth it. It's sad we've lost so many Second Cup's, hopefully this one stays around!

Fantastic coffee and the baristas always keep the seating area clean so seats are always available.

Edit: If you can, get Ramiz to make it; he's just awesome!

Love the frocho here. Staff was super friendly and I was comfortably able to enjoy that frozen hot chocolate. Would definitely come back whenever I go to Crossirons.

Friendly staff, from the start at the till through to the Barrista handing us our drinks. I just had a Mocca and my wife had the London Fog. Both drinks were excellent.

My husband and I make it a weekly date to get a caramel corretto for a weekend treat at Second Cup. We were at the counter getting all excited about our coffee and accidentally left our shopping bag sitting on the floor. I thought for sure the owner would be wearing the new Rockports and his wife would love the new purse. I called the next day and she had been waiting for my call. My faith in humanity was restored, and they got another coffee sale. Thank you so much to the good people at Second Cup Cross Iron Mall!

Oh Great Indian Lady understood us and suggested a normal economic coffee and to add milk and sugar on our own.The taste of their most ordinary coffee was good.They seem to be helping others also.This probably attracted the crowd...instead of Starbucks this is another joint which seems to be far reasonable than the other in Canada.They also have good sitting arrangement I presume wherever they have an outlet.

I hate to say it, but I think 2nd Cup has better pumpkin spiced latte's than Starbucks.

Second Cup is absolutely the best place to go. They have the very best chai lattes and I just feel happy when I'm there!
