Tim Hortons

Never have an issue at this location, I walk in Michelle knows my order, we have a quick chat about recent Netflix shows. Michelle is a great employee, and then I am on my way to work.
She always makes sure I have what I need before I leave.
Not sure why others are dumping on this place, beats having to pay $8.00 daily for a Starbucks latte, tip included.

I went in, and it took longer than the drive through instead. I go my coffee and went to the program. Great coffee.

I think it is a Canadian ritual for all anglers to hit Timmies and then the water. Ice Capp, Farmer's Wrap, and a sweet snack for later. Oh ya... 🇨🇦👍😎👍🇨🇦

The food was lovely, and the customer service was supreme. Quickly served food, and the cashier covered me when I was short around 50 cents. If your looking for some tasty fast food, Tim Hortons is your place!

Not a regular at this shop but my daughter is. I had a sandwich which was okay and my daughter had some food and drink, each of which were wrong but being Timmy's, she enjoyed it just the same.
They are clearly going through some staffing issues and the crew is very young but they are polite and they do try.
Hats off to this particular franchise location for accommodating various, impromptu tailgating parties with old timers who bring their own chairs, young ones in their souped up cars and more.
Took a bad COVID situation and made the most of it.

I've been coming to this location for the past 6 years and it's by far the best Tim Hortons I've been too. They're always friendly, fast, and have never messed up an order. This kind of service is rare these days... If I could give more stars I could.

My food was missed by the staff and the employee who took my order clearly at the time was designated to cashier noticed and went and made it for me personally and made sure the changes I asked to it were applied and actually put extra whip topping on my drink as i asked ! Was very impressed

Service is lousy. Bought a cauliflower soup. Was not told until every other thing was ready they don't have soup. Took ages to get to that point and get a refund. They serve all the drive through customers first.

Just went in to purchase a bunch of gift cards.
The person helping me, Elijah- was friendly, calm, cool and patient as he helped me out.
The line grew long as my order was large, and some of the people waiting were rude and impatient.
A very big out to Elijah and his coworkers who despite the rudeness of the impatient people in line, handled the situation with utmost professionalism!

A fantastic Tim Hortons location with ample and comfortable seating. They have fresh baked cookies, muffins, and more. This is great place to sit in and relax and enjoy a timbit or two. I highly recommend the iced coffee.

I go to this Tim's every morning before work and I usually get the pleasure of having Avi he is truly an awesome employee always so friendly and cheerful his customer service skills are out if this world he always makes my coffee just the way I like it and it always tastes better when he makes it he really goes that extra mile to make sure you have a great start to your day. I hope the manager if this location knows just how lucky they are to have someone like Avi on their team!

Great location on Shawnigan lake road. Top notch restaurant with really good food. Great pub to kick back with friends to watch the game or play some pool. Friendly locals and staff.

Laura is an amazing woman who has fantastic people skills. If you walk into this location and you hear a jolly woman from across the room, that is Laura! She talks to the new employees with respect and courtesy while pushing them to work their hardest. She alone keeps me coming back! Give that woman a well deserved raise!

TIMBITS. For those Americans visiting Canada the word is TIMBITS.Sour creme glazed is the stand out.Used to have cherry ones but haven't seen those in the last visits.
Remember that. Try them all.
. Second mention is the Turkey bacon club sandwich. Why is Tim Horton's not all over the states????

5/5. It's a Tim Hortons like all the others. This one is spacious, and at the time the staff seemed friendly. The food is Tim Hortons quality. Not much else to be said!

I really like the way that this store is able to help both young people and new Canadians from various parts around the world into the job market.The service here is always excellent and my suspicion is that the management is pretty competent.
