Unbelievable customer service. I came across this store by accident as I was searching for a product that was sold out everywhere online. I’m not located even close to Sudbury but when I ordered the item, the staff shipped it WITHIN MINUTES (I got tracking info) and I had it THE NEXT MORNING.

Incredible customer service! I’ve placed a few orders for baby/kids clothes from here to be shipped to my house, they always arrive so quickly, literally 1 day, and they’re always packaged so neatly and you can tell they put them together with love! One of my orders had multiple sizes and whoever put them together even packaged each size separately, how sweet, cute and thoughtful! There was also a hand written note which was such a personal touch for online shopping!! Anyone I talk to who wants to purchase Kyte Baby products I always tell them about this store! I’ll definetly come to you guys first. Such an amazing store!

Jump Baby Store has excellent customer service, even after the sale. I had made a purchase which required warranty and went to the manufacturer who could not assist me. I don't often write reviews, however I do think this store deserves a great reputation.

For me, it's important to support stores that sell quality items as opposed to big box stores that leave not only large ecologic footprints, but also greatly impact our economy. I enjoy that this store carries a large variety of items from quality mainly small and family owned retailers. It makes you feel good about your purchase, without mentioning that the store itself is locally owned.

Aside from this, I also had a great customer service experience with a very minor thread coming undone on a onesie I had purchased. I don't usually like to complain, so I was hesitant to reach out over a broken thread (embarrassing). Without skipping a beat, the staff at Jump! The Baby Store went out of their way to acquire a new piece from the retailer for me to replace the damaged one. This was truly exceptional customer service in my opinion.

I came across Jump! by chance and ordered a specific item I needed from their store not knowing it was just a few hours north from where I live. I was so pleased to discover how quickly my item arrived and with a hand written thank you note. A very nice touch. Since then I have done three more orders from Jump! and have been so happy each time. The order always come so fast and is packed so well and always with a thank you note. I will continue to order from them from now on as they have just as much selection as the big box stores and it comes faster than they do.

Very quick turnaround and great customer service! Placed an order online, they had it shipped out within minutes, called me about the packaging and what to expect. Our new stroller and accessories showed up the next morning ready to go!

I have purchased a few things from Jump! The Baby Store over the years and have always had such fantastic service from helpful and friendly employees. They also have high-quality products for babies and kids and a huge selection to choose from. More recently, I made a last minute purchase and honestly had the item in my hands in less than an hour and a half via curbside pickup! Despite the shopping restrictions due to Covid-19, the staff continue to provide super quick and wonderful service! I'm so thankful :)

We purchased a snowsuit for our little guy in the eighteen month size thinking he’d fit as he’s a very tall baby but only eleven months old. It unfortunately didn’t and we had to send it back to exchange for the twelve month size. There was a small complication with our order (our error) but it was handled so well by one of the owners and our son now loves going outside in the cold with his perfectly fitted snowsuit. Not only is it very warm (we’ve gone for hour-long walks in subzero temperatures and he’s nice and toasty when we get back) but the double zipper is the best feature. It’s super easy to put on and take off especially for an active baby. Highly recommend shopping at Jump Baby for their products but especially for the awesome customer service.

This is by far the best baby store! The customer service is impeccable and the fastest shipping you’ll ever find. They spend a good amount of time over the phone to ensure you get exactly what you want. They have the most extensive selection of Kyte and are always restocking their most popular items. Do not hesitate to shop there!

This place is amazing! The staff were amazing! I placed an online order on a Monday and by Tuesday morning it was being shipped out, however somewhere along the way I noticed my address was not showing on the shipping site it was showing my email so I sent an email and they were able to get the package off the truck later in the day fix the label and get it back out the following day (Wednesday). They replied back to my email within the half hour and they were wonderful to deal with. Can’t say enough good things about their customer service!! Will definitely be ordering more!

Great service and super fast delivery! I ordered my item (Yumbox-lunch bento box-hard to find colour)in the early afternoon and a few hours later it was already shipped! The item arrived in perfect condition and there was also a very nice thank you note attached to it. This added touch was a definite surprise but a very welcomed one too!
