Having bought a 1/4 and 1/2 cow from Jim over the last few years, I can vouch for the quality of his product. Through both purchases, Jim took steps to ensure that the purchases were easy and convenient. Highly recommended.

We ordered 1/4 beef from Jim a couple weeks ago. So far we have tried the ground beef a couple steaks and a roast, and it has all tasted exceptional! I would definitely recommend getting your beef from here!

We just got our first order from CVF for half a cow and we have thoroughly impressed with the quality of meat. Not a ton of fat either which shows these cows have been grazing and moving around a lot before having one bad day. Also appreciate the less wasteful approach to packaging the meat. They are a small business so you may need to practice patience waiting for your order but it's worth it. Will be back again!

Bought a quarter of a cow twice now and Jim personally delivered the beef to my place out in Shawnigan each time and helped pack it into my freezer. Super nice guy and easy to deal with. The beef tastes awesome and everyone i share it with loves it aswell. Couldnt be happier. Thank you!

I have dealt with pat and Jim multiple times on chickens and turkeys. They accommodate you the best they can and have a great product. There farm is nicely set up and inviting. They are very informative and care about what they do. They are lovely people and will answer any question you may have. Caring people with a great product, highly recommend them. I’ve purchased chickens from Pat and Jim over the years and I am so delighted to have access to their lovely poultry. I picked up my most recent order from their little farm for the first time and immediately spotted their happy chickens when I pulled in. Would recommend 100%. I need to try their sausages!
