Chelsea at the Sudbury Costco was super helpful in getting me a new phone. She definitely went over and above to help me out. Also, she was able to switch my husbands account giving him more GB and at a cheaper rate. Thanks for the excellent service Chelsea, you are one in a million!!!

Greg was amazing! I would recommend him to everyone. He went above and beyond and was super friendly. I saw him all during the holidays and he never stopped. Best experience ever!

Chelsea was super friendly and knowledgeable and even though the store was closed, she helped me with a smile on her face despite a couple of hurdles with my old provider and I walked out with a new plan and new phone! Also, the virtual line up is genius. I went home, ate dinner, then got notified I was almost next so drove back. I don't know why clinic's don't have this feature!

Chelsea is amazing!!! Very patient, and takes the time to explain everything fully and lays out all the options. She was the only one working when we visited and she helped us tremendously by finding a better and cheaper option for our phone plan.

It was a great experience , a little bit of a wait but at least we got our shopping done and more and the service was excellent,
