Castlegar Muffler Installed a new exhaust system on my 04 tundra. Just a fantastic job truck sounds great. Quote was accurate any extra work that they found they had to do they were great communicators highly recommended. One of the few shops, if not the only shop around that bends pipe. Fantastic work can’t recommend enough.

I cannot speak highly enough about this mechanic shop. They got me out of the pickle with my trailer on my way out of town and made sure I was safe to travel. Really great work here being done by these guys, quality top notch mechanics and all around a good vibe. That the owner, he's a super sweetheart and you can tell he is good to his staff, and his customers. 100% suggest Castlegar muffler. Thanks so much you guys!

Even after running behind on time the guys still had a courtesy car to use while they got me in the bay, looked over the front end of my car, diagnosed the issues & had me back out on the road in no time!
Upon return with the Shop Car my car was waiting & ready to go once we reviewed what needed to be fixed, how much & next possible appt date. Fast, friendly, didn't break my wallet & accurate!!

You don’t get service like this anymore. I was booked in for a tire change on my schedule. Before anything was done with the vehicle Tom called to confirm, plus I got a courtesy car. I will happily recommend this place to anyone. Very impressed!

Fair priced, always explained work needed and completed. They are so needed by their customers that I had to wait over a week to get the truck in for work, good for them :))) .I will continue using them as my main" go to shop" for auto repairs and maintenance, would always recommend Castlegar Muffler to others.

Amazingly accommodating and excellent service.

We got a hold of them an hour before closing, we had an emergency with our tires.
Even though every other company we phoned within 50 km would not take us... they made a point of getting us in and out before closing.

2 wks ago I broke my exhaust rallying in unplowed compact snow when I high centred my vehicle. My mechanic said he would have to replace a catalytic converter to fix 😨. He (and another shop) suggested Castlegar Muffler. Not only did they get me in for a quick quote, when I came back for the fix, they did it in less time than quoted and proceeded to charge me less than the quote! Pinch me, is this the customer service that used to be common? Well, still is at CM. Thanks, awesome job guys, highly recommend.

We needed to have work done on our vehicle this year and this was the only place who was able to help us at the time. Every where else was full! They did an amazing job proving just how skilled and versatile the mechanics at this place are. We will be back and we are so thankful for them bringing our vehicle back to tip top shape.

Incredibly helpful and friendly. I thought I was bringing in my vehicle later on a Friday to be diagnosed and I would bring it back but they fixed it right then! As a woman I am very suspicious because Ive been ripped off more times than I can count. These guys were honest!

Stand by their work. Installed a part that turned out to be bad. Not only replaced but fixed the damage it caused. Loaner vehicle free of charge while the work was done

Outstanding service and knowledgeable team. We (outa towners) arrived via tow truck on New Years Eve. Problem identified, part ordered on rush and car was ready within hours of the part arriving. Smiles all around - from the staff too. These guys know their stuff. They are full service (not just mufflers), and come highly recommended by local people too. Chris and the staff were FANTASTIC! Myself & Brother Steven were going through town with a new (used) RV we picked up in Keremeos. Yes... we were the "Desperate Out of Town Travellers" who were stranded on the Highway (View Point). Luckily, we met a great kid who stopped by the Road Pull off in the Morning and recommended we talk to CHRIS at Castlegar Muffler. Chris put in a Transmission Cooler & Fuel filter. They let us Stay out in the Back as we were waiting for parts. Chris even came in on a SATURDAY (Shop was closed for weekend) and helped us out. I got a nasty seized brake caliper on my pickup during a road trip. Limped it to their shop and these guys got me in, fixed up my truck, and had me going again ASAP. They were professional, fast, and courteous. Can’t thank, and recommend them enough. Awesome guys!
