I have to say Hailey was super amazing. I was getting Snowboarding boots for the first time and she spent time with me finding the right size and showing me how to tighten them since I was unfamiliar with the tightening style. She was also super nice. Such a great person!

Katherine is fantastic! I called to order some hockey tape for a hockey tournament and she got my order ready right away. She goes above and beyond to help her customers out. I highly recommend coming to this location. 5/5 experience, thank you!

I have never seen any better customer service rep than this young lad Mohammed. He went above and beyond to find me the right winter jacket and the shoe that I was looking for.

I loved the store and the service! Especially shop assistant Alejandro who provided the extraordinary service! He was extremely pleasant and customer-oriented. We came on afternoon 11 September 2023 with my wife to find her a pair of trail running shoes. We were new to Canada and Alejandro was empathetic and was able to explain all the details we were not aware about, that helped us to make the right decision. Finally we bought not only the good pair of trail shoes but also a pair of good flip-flops for myself!
I recommend the store! And special Thanks to Alejandro!!!

Meg at the store did everything to accommodate my situation. She went over my expectations and was very communicative and the best to resolve my issue. Ardalan did an amazing job adjusting my bike to my needs with amazing service. After the struggle because of and error of inventory on the web site, and not getting the good size of bike at another store, they made me very happy for the service and dedication. Bravo. Went to this store to purchase a new winter jacket with my boyfriend. The GM, Harvey was incredibly helpful. Not only did he help us find a jacket that was the style we wanted but he made sure we got one that was within our price point! Was friendly and knowledgeable and clearly treated his employees very well. Really can’t say enough good things. Store was well kept and the other employees were also very attentive. McKenzie Helped us at the cash register and was very friendly, she also kept the line moving quite quickly so the service was delightfully fast. Better than any Sport Check experience I’ve had before so I would be happy to recommend this location!

The GM was super friendly, genuinely wanted to help us find what we were looking for and made an effort to find something well within our price range. Made the experience enjoyable and we left with exactly what we came in for. 10/10 will recommend!

Sierra helped me in December to find a new pair of shoes, and she was amazing. For the size of the store, it has many items, and they are good quality. The prices are as to be expected and the employees are all friendly and helpful. The one employee that stood out, was Sierra. I can't sing her praises high enough.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Adan was amazing, he was patient and helped me figure out and put together a Golf push cart. McKenzie was also very friendly and helpful. Excellent service, highly recommended!

Sunday, almost closing time. I chose to return a product that day that had been a gift. Frankly I was fairly sure I would be denied the return because the gift had been given in February. I was delighted that no question was raised. (The gift was still sealed and I had a receipt) I received my full credit and left surprised and happy. A five star experience.

New Store Manager Harvey, incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Best experience I have had at a sportchek. Employee Asher helped me with baseball cleats, super helpful. 5/5 stars, this is my new home Sportchek!

Our sales person, Liberty was fabulous. She was patient with my 10 year old daughter and 11 year old son as they tried on cloths. She ran all over the store to get sizes, had excellent product knowledge and gave honest feedback about how things fit. She made our visit to sport check fun.

The store was well-stocked and there were a fair number of associates on the floor. I also needed to use the service desk for an online order and the process was pretty quick.

My friend and I bought new bikes here for the summer. We brought his bike in for a tune up, expecting it to be a drop off and pick up the next day kind of scenario. The staff at Sport Chek Westbrook serviced my friends bike immediately and it took less than 10 minutes. They were efficient, friendly and helpful. I recommend Sport Chek Westbrook for anyone who wants an affordable bike and great service.

I gave this store 3 stars before, but today I do not have more than 5 to give them.
In the shoes department there is a perfect professional man "I think his name is marc or mark". He understands what you need in less than one word.
I appreciate his help, and he made me happy with the new shoes.

Went there looking to pick up track pants. Marc (staff) was super helpful and showed me all the pants they had and went above and beyond. He completely made my experience and I plan to go back because of his service.

Service was very good. Found the shoes I wanted and sent me to another SC to see a pair of shoes that they did not stock.

I had a wonderful young man helping me in the shoe department. The only frustrating thing is how far off the inventory is on their website. All the team members are super friendly though
