Mai was very helpful. She helped me pick my replacement charging cable and new data plan for my optimal convenience. She also made sure I had everything I need before leaving the store. Best service ever!!

Sushant has excellent customer service and is very knowledgable about the phone plans. He was also able to resolve the issues I had with changing providers and porting out my phone number and went above and beyond to make sure that we were being taken care of.

When I walked into the Rogers centre at the mail the staff were extra polite and patient with all my questions and helpful with setting up my number. They did a good job in explaining all the different pecks that comes with the package I chose.

Upgraded to a new phone and plan. Mannat was wonderful to deal with and got me the best deal he could even adding on Black Friday’s deal on Thursday. Getting a new phone and plan always takes a while, but Mannat made it easy and efficient. It all started with him saving the phone I wanted until I could get there after work.

Mia was excellent helping me today. The store was quiet and she was able to transfer my old number from Telus to Rogers. She even advised me about the Rogers credit card. Which gives you money back. And costs you nothing. Telus right now is charging me for credit card costs. One of the reasons I’m switching.

I've visited this Rogers location in the past and yesterday was easily my best experience yet. I was greeted promptly and warmly, and walked through the options for my request with patience and in detail. Mannat was super helpful and I overheard his colleague in the store assisting someone else with such a friendly and professional demeanor as well. Good team working there on a Monday afternoon for sure.
