I stumble upon this store by accident last month and fell in love with the fabric and style and as a bonus it’s made in Italy so you know quality is good.

Oksana helped me and because she was very helpful and honest I decided to buy a few pair of pants and a top for my wife. The fit and feeling is amazing so today I came back to buy quite abit more cloth for my wife as they came out with some new items.

This is much better than Lululemon in my opinion so feel free to give it a try. You wouldn’t be disappointed.

i had the most amazing experience today shopping at the store. the 2 ladies working tonight were super friendly and helpful. i bought 2 beautiful pairs of pants. one beige and one with a denim look. they fit great and we even saved bags by using the one i had with food and other clothes in it. i will be back for sure. today i was back and bought 2 more pairs of amazing pants. it was so nice of the manager to ok the girls to cut up my pants after i bought them i really love watching my new pants get ruined at my request i will be back soon

Amazing store! Not sure where to start but I thought how I have a struggle to find a brand that fits me! But at the end I figured it was more about the service and effort to help me to find a perfect pair of pants for my shape!

Pooja has been as no one never before. She took all the effort for me to find what I was looking for, and explain every single detail about it!

Also after a purchase I had a small issue with the pants and they immediately exchanged for new pair, no questions asked!

Amazing store and stuff!

I live in Vancouver and shopped many times at the stores here but they closed and never reopened. I had loads of questions regarding size since my body has changed. The manager pooja went above and beyond for me to help me out and answer all my questions and got me the perfect size. She was very knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful to deal with

I had such a wonderful experience today dealing with Maria! She was so helpful and patient. I had a couple of pairs of Freddy pants already, and was going in today just wanting to buy one pair, but ended up buying two! I will definitely be a returning customer and have no bad things to say about the pants themselves or this store.

The quality and customer service at this store is exceptional!!! Pooja is extremely knowledgeable about all things Freddy and goes above and beyond to assure her customers have their perfect fit. I went to Freddy for the first time with the intention of getting some high waist pants but I am extremely picky and wanted something that fit me perfectly. The sales associate Pooja was the most welcoming and friendly person. She made my shopping experience perfect. She was determined to help me find the perfect pants and brought every style and size that I was looking for. I tried on about 20 pairs of pants and was very enthusiastic to bring me more options to find exactly what I was looking for. She made me feel very important and valued as a customer. Great selection of jeans and outstanding customer service. The ladies who helped me were friendly and knowledgeable.
It was off putting to request customers to write a review for the store. That left a bad taste in my mouth. Again the girls were great but next time I will order online. Don’t have the time to write reviews.

I purchased my first pair of Freddy’s a few weeks ago and was blown away from Mckenzie’s level of customer service. She was patient and helpful as she walked me through the brand and the fit, what to wear, how they should look, etc. She was very kind and answered any questions I had and honestly provided the highest level of customer service I’ve had in a long time. I wore my purchase for the first time a few days ago and the zipper broke after a few hours, I took the pair back into store and they sent them off to be fixed. I am waiting for them back, but truly impressed and would highly recommend! Worth the price.

These pants are the best! They shape to your body very well and make your bum look amazing!! I love the high waisted and how it compliments your body but all styles are wonderful! Great quality as well, highly recommend. Staff are also very kind!

Pooja and Iena were so helpful in making sure I had the right size and style. They were so kind and didn’t rush me I tried on like 8 pairs lol. It was such a fun experience!! I will be shopping there more for sure!!

These jeans are amazing and the manager Pooja was even more incredible and passionate with helping my girl and I find all the pants she needed!!! We ended up with one in every colour almost and we have no regrets!! We’ll definitely be back because of her!!!!

First visit there. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about their pants. They helped me decipher which styles ran big, small or just right. When I tried them on (btw very comfortable pants) she checked the fit to make sure they were just right. Bought a pair and will probably be back for more!

When I went there, I was immediately impressed by the service provided by the girls. The manager was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and gave the best advices for choosing the right pants for me. I have two pants from the store and love them. My favorite brand and store!

I had a problem with a pair of pants that I had purchased and the manager Tanya promptly responded and rectified my issue. And every time I've gone into the store the employees are incredibly friendly and courteous. Thank you Tanya and team for making each experience a good one!
