Picked up a new phone and phone plan today, was dreading the process but ended up being a really good experience. Highly recommend going here, was able to choose from a variety of phones from various service providers. Eric was great, his customer service was exceptional, was a smooth and efficient transaction

I had the best experience at this location! Soheb was the best associate I could’ve asked for. He was very informative, but if he didn’t know something he would tell me honestly and ask another team member. The team was great to me as well! Soheb also threw in nice perks on top of the great deal he had already given me. I was recommended to come by a friend and have since gotten 2 of my friends to go in and get a new phone. I will continue working with Soheb in the future he is a great guy who knows what he’s doing!

I was having a very difficult experience with Bell and trying to upgrade my phone, I was able to have this location keep the phone I wanted on hold until I could get there after work. Eric, Abdi and Zee were able to help me and get everything sorted out, they totally flipped my experience to be positive. They were all so very kind and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend visiting this location and having the pleasure of being assisted by any of these associates. The store manager Eric went above and beyond to help me out and ensure everything I needed was taken care of. I am so appreciative of all the help I received and will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

I went today looking for a new cell-phone plan. I was amazed with the whole team. All acted collaborative one to each other, the environment was very friendly and nice.
They were able to explain the difference between the two models I was looking for. Also, the latin girl was very nice and explained all the offerings and savings I could have access too. I even received an extra discount because I'm a student. I didn't know about that, but it saved me on my plan.

I came in looking for a keyboard, but Nikolai went above and beyond! He let me know about the amazing deals they had going on. I ended up getting my mom a much needed upgrade on her phone and got the keyboard for free! Nikolai was amazing personable and super helpful!

Asif jumped right in to check on me. I didn’t feel pestered in any way - remarkable people skills. For Boxing Day, he let me know of an AMAZING deal that I was just truly blown away with. He helped set up my new phone from point A , all the way to point B of transferring all of the info.

Loved the service.. Came to purchase headphones and ended up purchasing 2 new phones😅.the staff was very gentle especially a person named Jas.He helped us a lot in selecting a good deal and we ended up getting two phones.the experience is totally worth it.
