It was my wedding anniversary/vows renewal 2 weeks ago. I wasn't worried about getting the perfect dress for me, I was worried about getting the perfect dresses for my girls. I had the pictures of what I wanted in my head and wasn't sure I will get it. They made it happen. Thank you so much for all. I am grateful 🙏. You took the stress out of shopping and made it fun. They made my daughter feel so special and have fun when she was looking for a dress. She managed to find the perfect one for her with all the accessories.

Salesperson didn't hover but was there to take my choices to the change room and was available there if I needed different sizes. Very pleasant. A quick and easy check-out.

Fantastic experience at this store yesterday. The entire staff was so helpful with both me and my Mother but Adriane B was taking care of us and literally catered to us. My Mother is in a chair and so sometimes getting around is not the easiest. She brought dresses to us and ultimately helped us choose the perfect one!

Great staff informative showed us where the deals were and then left us alone it was a great experience.
Lots of stock and quick friendly check out. We were two men with lots of money to spend on our wives and they left us alone that was really nice easy to shop.

I visited the occasion dress shop 2 days ago and had the most wonderful customer service from Julie. She was amazing. I had a dress for my son’s wedding in less than an hour. She was attentive, friendly, and helped me with style options and ideas.

Great service , … first time i visited the store in Sudbury and was impressed! The store was clean and there was a wide sélection of dresses. Girls helped me to chose dress and accesories, respecting my teste, body type and within budget

Went in a bit unsure of what I wanted but knew what I liked. A worker suggested and asked if I could try on a dress she thought I would look good in. Instantly fell in love and no others compared. Super good service. I wouldn't have even considered the dress. It's now my favorite and what I'll be wearing to prom with a perfect fit
