Attended here today after the most bizarre and terrible customer service experience Canna Cabana.

Walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. The young woman at the counter was so friendly and so professional.

The store offers a great selection. I browsed thru pipes and bongs with my boyfriend and I found the prices were extremely reasonable. Much lower than what I’m used to seeing in my home town.

Great experience. Made up for the terrible experience just moments prior.

I’m really impressed by the customer service I received from Victoria and from Roxy them girls rock they know their stuff and it’s always a pleasure to do business with happy life always feel happy when I’m leaving lol

Great service but don't feel we as customers should have to pay a fee to pay with your debt card.

(North Bay) Pretty close from the hole I crawl out from, very decent pricing on products that customers like myself actually want. Very good customer service. If I had kids I'd wish it was their daycare. I don't think I have any kids. ..

Best Store in Sudbury. Bought a yocan which failed after a week of use. Expecting to be turned away with an excuse, the ladies changed it out on the spot. I bought more product then and there. Thanks again

The blond haired girl was super helpful and so polite. I went in as someone who doesn't smoke and doesn't know much about anything and she was so knowledgeable and helpful, and when it came time to pay I was so pleasantly surprised at the price. Such a great expirence!!! 10/10

Was shoping on their site and seen 14 grams of 'os reserve indica' for like 45 bucks so I jumped on it . Called and had them hold it for me for 30 mins. When I got there the staff member 'Jessica' had told me they had made a mistake and don't know how it was priced at 45 for 14gs when it was supposed to be like 90$ and proceeded to try to charge me the full price for it . I had just driven 40km to buy that deal they assured me was correct over the phone . So when I explained to Jessica what I had went through to get there to spend 50$max not 90-100 ,she said you know what ,its our fault ..take it and enjoy.long story short they have great service and i will keep buying from them . Also they seem to have the lowest prices out of everyone in sudbury so check em out !!

Their was a mixup at the Chelmsford location so I called the kingsway Happy Life and the woman on the phone was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure we recieved our order. It literally made my day/weekend. I'll be coming more often because of this! 💜

Customer service is amazing, all the staff members that I have had the pleasure of dealing with are very nice, knowledgeable and super chill. They have a awesome variety and I would recommend this store to anyone! They also have an amazing rewards program :)!

They are always very kind and helpful! The daily special indica (thc:20%) is amazing omg!! I was short by two bucks today and the nice fella at the stand was very nice and helped me out, I appreciate that so much! I know 2$ isn't a lot but still, that was awesome of him to do!! Definitely my most favorite dispensary in sudbury by far!
