BOOTLEGGER: Mic Mac Mall

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Bootlegger. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store. The manager, Amanda, was incredibly professional and helpful. She greeted me with a smile and offered to assist me with my shopping. I was looking for a specific item, and Amanda was able to locate it quickly and easily. She also took the time to answer my questions about the product and offer other suggestions.
I was very impressed with Amanda's customer service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive shopping experience. I highly recommend Bootlegger to anyone looking for a retail store with excellent customer service.

This isn’t the first time I’ve written an email to Bootlegger with glowing accolades but here I am again. I had the most wonderful experience at the Mic Mac Mall Bootlegger in Dartmouth, N.S. Amanda was so wonderful. She was so knowledgeable about all the products (I was shopping for jeans) but she also took the time to listen/ask me questions/make me laugh. She wasn’t pushy at all, was just there for me. She went through the whole store picking out different pairs of pants (with endless patience) and was even able to guess my size + she knew how the size would differ on me depending on the style/brand. I could go on about Amanda, she’s a natural. Kudos to you and your company. You have a customer for life.

Absolutely incredible service! The staff member was super knowledgeable about the products and helped me find the right fit in jeans that suited my style so easily!! It was a lovely experience and I really appreciated her fixing the mistake the Moncton Bootlegger made. (Charged me for 2 pairs of my partners jeans and not for the pair I got that I had to exchange). She was able to make it right and was SO friendly and kind. Definitely the best staff member I’ve seen working in retail (ever!)

Bootlegger has been around for ever. Very clean store, easy to get around and find items and staff are super friendly and welcoming.

They were so very helpful and more. They gave suggestions about get clothing for my daughter a mom to be. She was happy with the outfit. We will be back

I just love going into this store because as soon as you walk in everybody there greets you with a hello and a big smile.......what a way to make your day GREAT. Amanda and the staff are A1 they know their product very friendly and down to earth.

Went into eight different stores in the mall today looking for jeans. Every store I walked in, got kind of overwhelmed with choices and walked out. Amanda at Bootleggers was great I ended up buying more than just the jeans I'd initially walked in for. Highly recommend this store for the customer service

While pricier than, say, Bluenotes, Bootlegger has never failed me when it comes to finding the right fit and look for high quality jeans. Consistently stocking denim by makers like: Silver, Buffalo, Mavi.

As a non-skinny jeans sorta dude, they still had plenty of options in relaxed fit and boot cuts. I found the staff to be really helpful in finding the right fit of jeans quickly, too.

The girl that was working that day helped me out big time. Great service and professional.

Gotta watch for deals to get decent prices but staff are always very friendly and helpful in every way but not too pushy. It's kind of my style of stuff and I always stop in at these stores when I see one.
