I was so grateful for all the help that Alex gave me to get a new account started with Koodo. And it wasn't a simple few minutes, cause of some previous issues that needed to be sorted. So he was on the phone and working his magic in getting a really good deal with Koodo.
I'm super happy that I came to the Tom Harris store today!

Went in for a tv remote exchange. Staff was polite and helpful and fast. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. Definitely will use them for future needs!

Alex in Millstream Village was amazing with helping us with a lost phone. There were quite a lot of hurdles to get the problems resolved but he pulled out a few tricks to overcome and get the problems resolved. I now have a working phone again and have access to all my daily activities and scheduling. Koodo is lucky to have Alex working for them. Thank you!

I dealt with amazing customer service rep C.J. He gave me options to choose from to suit my needs and my budget. While he was working with me, another customer he had dealt with earlier came into the store,. He was able to assist his coworker with this customer as well as work with me. It was impressive to see his attentiveness to both of us. The quality of service was beyond my expectations.

Had a few issues setting up our plans (nothing to do with Tom Harris Millstream Village at all). Ethan was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Got us set up and out the door with our new phones. We'll be going back soon for some accessories. I highly recommend this location if you need a new phone.

CJ was awesome and patient even when my baby was fussing, there was a long line and he was training someone. He kept his cool when I barely could so honestly, I’m impressed. Quick efficient service!
