There was one girl here a few months ago that honestly was not very helpful but I generally deal with the same guy every other time and he is awesome. Great customer service and very helpful. He almost always is running the show on his own. Good selection for games and lots of fun themed odds and ends. I always spend more than I intend to here.

I have been shopping at this location for many years for the entire family and have received excellent service from knowledgeable staff upon every visit. The absolute shining star at this location has got to be Kyle who has always been a pleasure to deal with and consistently provides solid information and explains things clearly ( important when you have to explain to the kids after ) The entire staff is always courteous and all on the ball and ready to assist, I have never felt rushed or stupid asking questions. This is our EB Games location of choice!

I always stop at gamestop when I travel, great selection on video games and action figure, always friendly staff prices range from great to crazy lol depending on your budget

This is the best place in town to purchase video games or if you just have general inquiries. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Kyle, especially, seems to go above and beyond, even if he is juggling multiple tasks, he always makes time and has a great attitude. I highly recommend checking these guys out as opposed to the big box store goons.

Seriously though, the selection is good, store is clean and organized, my kids always come out of there smiling. I wish the online store was more like gamestop.com though. More apparel in youth sizes in the future please.

Very helpful respectful staff. Took the time to help me and made sure i found the games i was looking for. As well as made good suggestions. Was honest about not being super into the type of game i liked but offered up solid suggestions.

One of my favourite locations of ebgames in Victoria area. Very nice vuilding design. Qide selection of gaming apparel, tabletop, trading cards and plushies. Since it is one of the lesser visited ones it tends to have a longer stock time for the obscure titles one might be searching for and always well stocked with the mainstream titles.

Manager is awesome at this store,he's been great since I've gone to this store for about 9 years now.

Probably the best gamestop for me on the south island, bigger selection and the staff aren't super pushy about game protection etc also friendly

Been going to this eb games since I was old enough to pick up a controller never had anything short of the best service every single time, this eb games perfectly lives perfectly into the values that I believe every other eb games strive for it’s clear that many people come in just for the atmosphere and to see the employees and talk about games and the staff are always willing to chat or offer their opinion by far the best eb games I’ve ever visited and by far the best games store I’ve ever been too and will continue to go there as long as I continue to play games.
Specifically a shout-out to both Kyle and Randy who have for as long as I can remember both had such a vital role in making this eb games the best.

Had everything I needed: xbox headset with flip to mute, and a number of games on my to play list. Staff as friendly and helpful as ever.

EB games Langford is the bomb diggity! Adam is an all star in there! Always meets and greets the customers and has a good personal connection with his clientele. He deserves a raise!
