Babies"R"Us

I like this place a lot. It has so many choices. I always choose to go there when I need to get birthday presents for my kids friends. They have a Babies R Us attached to it. It is accessible with accessible entrance, washrooms and parking spaces. It is always clean and neat. They have a Lego section at the entrance, bikes section, books, crafts and even Claire’s kids makeup, Pokémon’s, games and TY’s.

We had a great experience there :) The manager working a new staff member Shabnam also Kennedy and Curtis other staff all helped us, they were all super helpful and helped us fill out all of our baby registry and also helped us find the right car seat and baby stroller. At all times they were happy to help, smiling and it was a joyous experience for both of us as first time expecting parents :)🤗

Shabnam was extremely knowledgeable and just a joy to work with through our experience today at babies R us! She was very professional and friendly, she was also honest and calm in dealing with the details of our return and purchase. We we're very happy, and hope to deal with her again when we come back.

Destiny was a great help. I was having issues creating a registry for my first child online. I went in store today and she easily helped setup my account for me. very helpful and kind. Definitely pleased with service today thank you :)

My husband, my mother and I stopped in at the Babies R Us looking for items needed for our baby on the way, including a crib, and Shabnam helped us find the best deal in what we were looking for! She was very friendly and helpful! And now we are one step closer to being ready for our little one when she arrives. 😊

Went to New Sudbury Baby R US and Shabnam the baby department manager. She was awesome and very nice. She is super knowledgable about all baby items. She took the time to explain answer to all questions. She is absolutely amazing!!!

Called Babies r us today and got excellent service. Called was answered right away and and staff was very helpful and quick when looking up my item. I asked for an item to be held until I was able to get to the store and there was no issues. Staff was very friendly and pleasent to talk to.

I've been to this store before. Shopping process is fairly straight forward. I am disappointed by all the bad reviews of this store, please let me share my experience.

I called on the weekend about a curbside order inquiry. Brianna answered the phone, listened carefully to the several questions I had prepared, and after a brief hold, she effectively provided complete answers to each of my questions.

While it did not result in a sale (not all items were in stock), nonetheless I was very happy with the fact that she took the time to listen and provide excellent customer service.

It did not go unnoticed! Thank you again.

I've used our local toys r us countless times from our kids bikes to baby gifts and of course christmas and birthday presents. I've even bought toys for myself! The store can sometimes be busy but for the most part we find help when needed and they are always very knowledgable. So far we've scooped some great sale prices too giving us the edge on prices compared to the competition's toy departments. Wish there was a TRU here when I was a kid but glad they are here now to stay for ours!

Good selection of items and great staff. They have a lot of Funko pops, which is awesome for a collector. Also a lot of baby stuff.

Great shopping. Love that they price match. If something u bought goes on sale they even price adjust as long as you have your reciept.
