Penningtons

Ordered close to $300 in bras. Canada Post at first lost them but we managed to recover them. I'm on fixed disabled income (Veteran) so I have to save up to get new bras. This is the only company I can get low cost, quality bras in my size. 5 Stars for quality, 4 stars for their choice of shipper (Canada Post).

My boyfriend was in to pick up a pair pants and two shirts yesterday and I can’t get out of the vehicle because my legs not working and I’m living in the hospital at the moment. The lady that was at the cashier was good enough to come out to th truck and show me a pair of pants asked me if I was the right one. I don’t know her name, but she deserves much much credit, she went well beyond customer service. Thank you again.

Janet was simply amazing! She was very helpful to my sister-in-law and I find exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend going to the Dartmouth location.

Janet at the Tacoma Drive location… she actually gave me a pair of pants that she had put on hold for herself (!!) because it was the only one left in my size.
It actually brought up emotion in me because it is very hard to feel good in clothes and she made it so much easier for me.

I went to Penningtons the other day looking for a couple of pairs of pants. They always have a lovely sales rack at the back of the store. I got two beautiful pairs of pants and because I had had my birthday recently I got another $10 off. My whole purchase was only $25. I like the fact that even though Penningtons is a large size store they also stock sizes 12 and up. I never fail to get a good deal there.

Lovely shop and fabulous people! The ladies here are warm and friendly, know their product well, and are always on hand to encourage customers to try new looks and be adventurous. Much laughter and fun every time I visit this store!

Throughout the pandemic, the Penn ladies observed all the precautions, and still made customers feel welcome and relaxed. Shopping here is always enjoyable.

I had to get a few items from Penningtons by due to my health I wasn't able to get there myself . I phoned them and a lovely helpful lady answered , and I told her my perdictament. I knew exactly what I wanted, so she checked on everything that I was needing in the store and Luckily for me everything was in stock. I told her that my husband could pick it up for me if she could just put the things to one side. She did and it was all ready when my wonderful husband got there to pay for it and pick it up. It was great service and I greatly appreciated it.

I was at the Dartmouth location on Monday July 11th and I went in looking for a dress for my upcoming wedding out of province and the 2 ladies there were awesome I’m not sure of their names but one in particular kept bringing me in things to try as I was getting frustrated because nothing was suiting me but she kept on showing me differ t things for me to try she went out of her way to help me find something and giving me advice on what would look good with my body type, she went the extra mile to help me find something even calling a Penningtons in another providence to hold an item but they wouldn’t but I did leave without finding a dress but she told me a place to go, hopefully she reads this but I did find a dress and that m you again so much for your help that day you are incredibly awesome .

Always helpful. Great controls for COVID-19 . Clean snd roomy. Great sales..great place to shop . I take big sizes for the top of me and small on the bottoms so need this store. They have neat accessories. Stylish sun glasses and some jewelry and boots and shoes and all dress attire.

Was at the store yesterday. This is the first store I've been into since COVID. Waiting inline outside for about 25 minutes. But the employee was out chatting with us so time went by quickly. The store was set up great hand sanitizer at the door. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasent experience. Thanks!

This place always rocks. I do actually pass other Penningtons to go to this store. Like 2 of them. Its out of my way to come to this store only. 30 min drive.

The staff here are so good and I always love the selection of clothes. Lots of stock for what appears to be a small store.
