You could never keep me away from this store. Absolutely love all of the staff. The managers did this place right when they hired those angels. They are literally the sweetest people ever. Never felt so at home in a store! If you’re reading this corporate: raises are in order! 👉👈 Plz tho more sales. I will always drop a bag on a good sale

They had a really awesome sale today, excellent prices.

Went to the urban planet last night with my granddaughter to pick up a dress. She was invited to the last day of Ramadan with her friends. We paid for the item and it was a great price. However I asked the cashier if she made sure the security tags were off because I had a issue awhile ago where another cashier missed one cause it does happen. She looked at me with all kinds of attitude and I looked at her with a smile. She knew she gave me a dirty look ,but being the pleasant person I am and setting a great example for my granddaughter I just laughed it off and told her thank you have a great day. They need to train these employees better on how to respond to customers and not have attitude. They also need to teach the manager how to speak to people when all they are doing is letting them know someone is waiting to try on clothes and not give attitude also.

My child went to the store with their Christmas money and was unable to pay for her items with cash unless she provided ID....she was told that if she wanted to purchase from their store she had to go to another store to break her 100 bill (which would require her to make a purchase in that store leaving her not enough money for the purchase that she was trying to pay for at urban planet) and then come back...this is the most obsurd thing I've ever heard...they said they are unable to accept 100 bills without ID...when asked what information they take from the ID she said none....pretty sure in canada you can spend cash without ID...they said it's incase it's counterfeit (but they dont take the information off the id so if it was counterfit ask8ng for the id and refusing sale without it is pointless)..I was in said store last week and paid with not 1 but 2 ..100 bills and I wasn't asked for ID or refused purchase...but they say it's their policy...your policy makes no sense
