Palladino BMW

I don’t normally post reviews but felt compelled to do so. Excellent service. I had my Bimmer serviced for the first time at this BMW, there were safety recall issues and warranty parts requiring parts to be delivered from Germany..this took longer than expected but everything was dealt with accordingly. A slight glitch in the fuel injector pump issue but was resolved quickly. Palladino should be giving Service Advisor Mike a bonus or send him on a trip to Germany, he’s efficient, professional, friendly and doesn’t BS around. He is the reason I will likely upgrade my BMW in the very near future. Cheers

Ellis Boucher and the extended team at Palladino BMW made sure the process was smooth, convenient, safe and easy when my wife and I found out we'd need to buy a car for work in a hurry. They accommodated us in every aspect of the sale, and worked around our busy schedules. They also communicated with us in the way that was most efficient for us with text, calls and email. I have to say, Palladino really came through. Although I did not even purchase my car from them, in the midst of a warranty disagreement with BMW Canada, they helped and supported my efforts to have BMW Canada come to the table and make things right, which they eventually did. At times I was frustrated, grumpy and even rude with their staff who remained professional at all times. Please accept this public apology for that. In the meantime, anyone looking to purchase a BMW will be well advised to shop Palladino. Sincere Thanks and Appreciation.

Honest staff. Mike specifically from the service staff was amazing help! He squeezed my car in on a super busy day with last minute notice, and managed to save me $700 on my summer tires for my 435i! Amazing work!! definitely doing all my services here moving forward.

This dealership truly cares about your needs. Service manager Mike is A1 with customers and makes sure that you leave happy. They always provide you with a rental when you need one without a hastle. I’ve had lots of work done there on my X6 through my 3rd party warranty (Canada General) and Mike took care of everything for me. Can’t ask for better service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ellis and Cole took great care of me through the entire process. The entire process was an easy transition trading in one car for one that I ordered specifically with all the bells and whistles on it. Love my 2020 X6!

Excellent Service with staff at every step of the way. Sales people (Rob Rouleau) always available to answer questions and seek out information if not readily available. He even delivered the car on his day OFF! Definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to make the experience both a pleasurable and memorable one.

The only suggestion I have is that the potential customer be informed as to all that is and/or isn't part of the purchase (ie: winter tires). I expect that this would probably push away potential clients but, on the other hand, a more complete picture of the vehicle would help. As to my part, it would have made no difference. I liked the car and so I bought it. The winter tires can wait till next fall.

Chase and Ellis as well as the rest of the staff who helped out along the way went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. They really made more of an effort than we expected and eventhough we live 300+kms away, Palladino BMW Sudbury has gained our loyalty. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used BMW.
