Love the Hampton STOCK #: 330306. I live in Edmonton. I have a everlite 35foot pull trailer, We have been thinking about moving in the r.v all year round living. I feel that the Hampton Stock 330306 will be the one to live in all year round.

Excellent customer service from Norm and Marc, very easy no pressure sale. We drove 3 hrs north in a snow storm and arrived to find Norm had brought the trailer inside for viewing, that right there showed great customer appreciation. Northern RV is definitely our dealership of choice. We can't wait to take delivery of our new 5th wheel in May.

Bought a used trailer "down south" from a dealer who attempted to hide or had little regard for actually ensuring the fitness of the camper. Justin at Northern RV got us in to address these issues very quickly, even though I wasn't their customer at the time (a couple other local dealers didn't want to help)! Parts and service costs were very, very reasonable, and service was timely. They helped turn a heartbreaking experience for this newbie RVer back into a positive one. Shout out to Cam at the parts desk, as well Shawn, who I believe took care of the handy work. I have lots more detail, but will leave this by saying thank you so very much, and keep up the great work.

They were very excellent to deal with, and know their stuff. Got me set up with a great trailer, and sorted out some problems with the set up I had on my tow vehicle very quickly. Top notch customer service, and very reasonable prices. Worth the drive from Southern Ontario.

Mobile service....fabulous value for the cost of extended warranty.
I purchased the extended warranty for my Grand Design 21RBH back in 2018. I have yet to use it until last month when my stove top stopped working. A call to Chris had him dispatching a crew to my location in the French River. Problem was diagnosed, part was ordered and within 2 weeks was tested and back up and running. The service team even diagnosed that I had a faulty main regulator where the tanks hookup and ordered a new one for me too. When it comes in... I know they will arrive on site and swap it out pronto and make sure it's running to spec and safe. Many thanks to Chris and his dedicated/professional crew of Service Techs. I usually cook outside at the attached outdoor kitchen or on the BBQ however, on occasion when we get torrential rains or the bugs are crazy bad; it's nice to cook inside. I can do that again... thanks to your collective efforts. HIghly recommend the extended warranty and purchasing from Northern RV (formerly Palladino RV). Mike :)

Rick Belanger was able to help us make an easy decision on our new purchase of our new couguar. Loved the service and the friendlyness. Decison was made easy and with confidence.
