We visited The Car Lot to upgrade our SUV to a Truck and we couldn’t be happier. They were able to find a payment option within our budget and hooked us up with a “New to us” 2018 Dodge Ram. Steve, Phil and the rest of the staff were very pleasant to deal with and super friendly. We were driving our new Truck within a week! I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a quick, friendly and professional experience!

Went in to buy a SUV as my old one has recently failed. Rob was excellent to speak with. He actively listened to my parameters and was able to give me options. Ultimately, it came down to two top choices. He got both of them ready for test drives right away. A level of service provided by Rob and Ryan were outstanding and very fast. Highly recommend.

I went in there thinking I would need a co signer and ALOT of anxiety and I explain that to them and they helped me with everything and I was even able to purchase my dream truck on my own without a co signer as they were able to reassure me that my credit was better than I thought! I recently bought a 2019 Ram Warlock from the Car Lot , AJ & Phil were top notch !!
I was very nervous to purchase a new vehicle as I’ve only paid cash. But Phil was great he walked me through everything answered all the ridiculous questions I had.

On pick up day the truck looked amazing and everyone that was working looked excited for us !! It felt really awesome they were excited as well & wasn’t just another transaction!

Went to look at a 2016 F150. Nice truck just too many KM plus and accident and had engine codes. So we choose not to buy it. We had put a $200 deposit down and they just called to remind us we had not gotten our refund. Phil was great as well.

I spent 4 mths looking for my first car, finally I went to the Car Lot. Hands down best experience of all. Phil was fantastic and helpful. No pushy salesmen, no constant phone calls and he treated me with respect. Would recommend to anyone - in fact I have and now my daughter getting her car there.

Last year I was inquiring about purchasing a used vehicle, I talked to a gentleman whose name is Rob Malo at The Car Lot in Sudbury, Ont. He looked into the financing and gave me a few options but I unfortunately was not able to purchase one at that time. Just last week I had a life changing event happen and I was in desperate need of a vehicle, I called Rob and asked him for help in my situation. He told me he was on it, and within an hour he called me back with a very good option for a vehicle. I went in to The Car Lot early that afternoon and he had me set up and driving out of there by 4:30pm on a Friday. I cannot thank him enough and the staff there (Ryan) for helping me get back on my feet within hours.
