Came in a bit later before 9:30 with my larger work truck unable to do drive thru, Luke was very accommodating and profession to help me get some food after a long day of work. Young men like him make a big difference after long days like this. Thank you Luke, keep up the great work man!

The Manager on shift a couple days ago was very professional, Polite and her customer relations service was none less the Perfection. The inside of the restaurant was very formal and presentable. The drive thru at times are a little slow but I know this befor committing myself to the line up. Overall i rate this mcdonald’s a 8.5/10

I have been able to get to know the morning staff with my morning coffee where we catch up, something I can't do with other drive-thru's. Darlene and Kat are the best. They made McDonald's part of the Kemptville community.

I came in a few weeks ago attempting to order 26 McChickens and 14 diet cokes. I was disrespectfully turned away and told I'd "need to wait". Terrible service. This was in 2016.

I came to this Mcdonalds last week, never having been to it before. I’ve only had mcdonald’s a few times so I was not too sure what to order. However, as i came in i was welcomed by “Will” he’s a tall teenager with curly hair and he helped me choose what to eat while being very kind and helpful. It is extra hard as i am a vegan but he did his best to meet my dietary needs. Great experience, he deserves to be recognized for this!

I went to this McDonalds after one of my many therapy appointments and I was pleasantly surprised. Every time I have went to other fast food places recently they have managed to get almost every aspect of my meal wrong by not here. They managed to get my order perfect. Not only did they manage to get my order right but when I got my food it was HOT!!! Man was it ever great for once to spend an insane of money on food in a bag that isn’t ice cold and isn’t all wrong. It was so hot and fresh! I would most definitely recommend this place and I would most definitely go back again and again over and over. So when considering a fast place to go get your food and you want it HOT I would most definitely recommend that you consider this place. Cause it would most definitely surprise you! Have a good meal!

The customer service at this location is excellent. In particular, Jake Hyland is beyond exceptional. He was very patient with me as I took my time to count out my change during my payment. I also noticed him continuously ensuring that the lobby was kept in order as he completed his other duties. He was an exceptional multitasker from what I could tell. Very impressed with this McDonalds and it’s employees.

Okay, this will sound funny, but I have to share: this was the most beautifully-assembled Big Mac I have ever had in my life. Seriously. It looked like the pictures.

I go here everyday before work and the ladies working the drive through are always so kind and remember me! I wish I had their names but there are 2 employees in particular that always remember me, ask about my day, and wish me a good day at work/happy holidays etc. I only really get coffee here so I cant comment on the food but the ladies who run the drive through in the mornings are amazing!!

My boyfriend and I are often stopping off at this location in the morning. Our order is accurate 95% of the time which I think is reasonable for such a busy establishment. Staff are always friendly especially in the morning and drive thru is always quick in the morning!

We just purchased a house in Oxford Mills and this is the closest Tims to us. They have always been good at getting our orders right, and never a major delay.

i don't usually go to mcdonalds but my family were looking for a quick place to eat, as we were visiting from Ottawa on Friday. What can I say? Staff themselves were just superb, environment was very pleasant, food was great, clean and order was prepared in a timely fashion. I'll drop by again next time I'm in Kemptville
